Just was on the phone with Rep.Noah with Bobtail. Discussed bad rap with other factoring company. He was very helpful, polite, patient and knowledigeable in the information about and what I need to do to get away from the other factoring company. Definitely looking forward to working with them.

5 STAR: Customer Service, if I could rate in higher I would!!!! Bobtail is an awesome Factoring company... The people that work there are so kind hearted. I'm very particular about who I deal with. I MUST say that I love them. I prayed for God to send good people to help & guide us with our Business. My Heavenly Father did just that!!! I have (not) came across a bad apple. I won't add the yet word, because I don't believe they have any bad apples... Please do yourself a favor & work with Bobtail. They do have other useful programs other then factoring. Check them out!!!! Be Blessed & Stay Safe!!! PEACE

I called this company several times no one called me nor responded to me. I am extremely disappointed being treated in this nature. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this company.
