BobtailReviews of bobtail.com

Bobtail has great customer service. Someone is always there to help us when there are issues with invoices. Funding is on time and someone always picks up. There are a lot of crook factoring companies out there with hidden and surprise fees but Bobtail only has 1 simple flat rate. I recommend Bobtail to every trucker out there."

'Great company to work with. Support team is always very helpful. Funds come in quick, their website is very simple and easy to use. No hidden fees and straight forward service."

Bobtail rates are slightly higher but the best part about them is their customer service. Their platform is easy to use from any device - you can create and manage all your invoices in one place. I recommend trying them out and using their one month free promotion and see for yourself.

I’ve been using bobtail for 5 years and the staff are by far the most helpful people you will deal with in the industry. They are so precise at what they do they are right on the top of everything. I would definitely recommend them to every owner operator. They have no hidden doors in their services. It’s nice and simple!

Bobtail has been a great tool for me to use, and has made my job so much easier. The simple interface and navigation makes it much easier to understand, and the customer service is the best. They also respond to submitted loads almost always after they are posted, pointing out mistakes possibly made. Overall, a great website and has made my job much easier! I highly recommend this for all owner operators and companies!

I have been factoring with Bobtail Capital for over 8 months now. My experience with their staff and management has been exceptional. Bobtail's website design and interface is very user-friendly where I am easily able to submit invoices and check payment status. I would definitely recommend Bobtail to anyone looking for a factoring company.

Hey is so delightful dealing with Bobtail staff, each time there is issues uploading bills or unclear pages. They’re there to assist without any problems. I would definitely recommend any carrier to give bobtail a chance to help them accelerate their business to a better funding experience. Thanks

I am new to Bob Tail but ,I have had nothing but good experience, especially when I had a problem with uploading invoice mrs. Sharin went beyond to help me figure out how to get it submitted and she was calm and pleasant, Only thing I would change is how we upload paperwork it shouldn't be hard or stressful, especially when you been up loading already and it's just this 1 that dont want to upload correctly, Thanks Sharin ,you were my stress savor.🤨
