I want to thank all team members at Bobtail for helping me start my hotshot business. Representative: Joseph Milan gave us great professional advice on how to start working and factoring through the Bobtail App. I also use the fuel card which is very useful.

Told us that they wouldn't factor carrier on a load for us because we don't meet the criteria. Then wouldn't explain what the criteria was... Edit- company called me and explained. Apparently I just needed to ask for a manager. It has now been approved.

I really love how Bobtail agents carry themselves. They showed patients helping me get set up. They have the best customer service especially Ms Coralia Mejia. She represents the company very well. She really is a super support to me and my company.

ABSOLUTELY love this factoring company!!! We used Bobtail in 2019 (Debby and Gurvir were amazing) so this year when we ventured back into trucking, I did not hesitate contacting them again to get my factoring set back up. My new Rep >>Jay Vasquez<< always responds quickly when needed and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable -- Thank you JAY! ***If you are reading these reviews trying to decide on a factoring company - go ahead and get signed up!!
