We have worked with Bobtail for 3 or more years. They go up and beyond to help their clients. The specific I am talking about is this. It was the day before Christmas Eve, in which they were not open on Christmas Eve. I submitted invoices and it was to late to send a wire. I called expressing how important it was to get the invoices paid. Cynthia helped us by calling the broker to verify the loads, and worked until the funds could be put in the account through an ACH deposit the following morning. I cannot express the gratitude I have to Cynthia, and all of the Bobtail workers, as they all help whenever they can. Well I have been with Bobtail for a week now and am having to fight for getting paid. They get it Friday and I get it Monday. It is stated that if you get the invoices in by 11 am eastern time paid by 5 pm. Well it was in by 10:54 but bobtail recorded as 11:23. I will give them the benefit of doubt and 3 more weeks to see if they can do better. Well I was wrong now after working with Bobtail for 3 months. I will only work with them because they do their best to get you paid quickly and honestly. Thankyou for your honesty
