The extremes warranty is crap Called many times to get my leg replaced and probably won’t get it replaced

Love my dining table. Picking it out and getting financed was a breeze.

Terrible experience. It's been 9 months and I still have not received all furniture in my order and it has been paid in full.

Shopped bedroom sets for a month, in that time had 3 different sales reps on 3 different visits which gave us 3 different “best” prices on the same bedroom set... seemed to be them haggling for their commissions sake rather than helping the customer get the best deal. Will never shop here again!!

Everything is good no problems at it was delivered on time and put together in a timely manner

I have a sofa that I paid over a 1000 dollars for that is defective. I am going to have to build a better support system for the center leg. They couldn't send someone out to look at it for 2 or 3 weeks after we called in. Everyone is happy to take your money but once they get it then the service stops.

Purchasing exp was just okay. Had to go back to the store after purchase to have Bill re-adjusted. Purchased the protection plan and have had to use three times. It's such a tedious and time consuming experience you don't even want to bother with it. Paid over 3 grand for furniture set and couch has already been repaired for sagging on one side. 6 weeks later it's doing it again. I could have it repaired again, but it took 4 weeks to go through the red tape so I'm not motivated to call again. Plus it was 3 hours to replace on site. I had Ashley furniture for 15 years and it held up way better than this. I considered the line we purchased comparable quality to Ashley. It's not even close. Ideally a full return and refund would be the best, but it's paid for so no way that's happening based on my current experience.

Sales people real helpful. Not a very good secletion of furniture.
