Purchased over $6,000 in bedroom suite......tilting bed frame was delivered and installed with one missing roller. Discovered the issue within a few days after installation when I moved the bed to paint....Took a picture of the missing roller, and went back to the store I bought the product from....wouldn't help me other than give me a number to call to the manufacturer of the bed frame.I think it's awful that the installers didn't point out this missing critical part, Then going back to the store you would think someone there would help....take a roller and pin off the floor model to satisfy the customer....then take it upon yourself (the Bob Mills Store) to get another roller and retainer pin. The only thing this store cares about is making the sale......the customer? well there is a sucker born every minute....they will find another one. I will not go back to Bob Mills after this lazy handling of a simple problem for me.

Purchased a very expensive lift chair and within five weeks it had broken. Has take almost a month for them to repair the chair and we are still waiting.

Very painless process... salespeople were knowledgeable and even gave an extra percentage off if the price to match an online special. Love my living room set!

My wife and I purchased living room furniture set with a recliner, also purchase 2 sets Queen mattress sets along with some decorative items. Approximately 9 months of having the furniture the recliner broke. My wife and I are the only one who live in my house, so it’s not used often. Bob Mill had several techs come to the house to repair and their own technician stated he couldn't fix it. They request to pick up the recliner and take it to their shop for more repair possible replacement. A week later they return the chair without fixing it. When you sit back in the chair it feels like you going to fall out of it the entire chair lowers on one side. I called to request a replacement as we purchased insurance and all sorts of other stuff they sold us and was told not it was past the time for replacement. Needless to say, they refused to fix it or replace it. The chair is in my home unusable not even having it a year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM BOB MILLS EITHER LOCATION. We purchased from the Tulsa store the manager there was not pleasant nor helpful. We have told all of our friends and family to not patronize this company.

Our sales person, Brandy and is top notch and gets 5 stars. The delivery out of Lubbock botched the score big time. We have ordered twice and both times they forgot to bring items with Them causing us to miss another days work to wait for deliveries!

We had a wonderful experience at Bob Mills Furniture in Amarillo Texas. The sales people were friendly and very welcoming. The sales associates showed us all round the store and showed us different styles of furniture. This is a type of store that makes you feel like family and where a person would love to spend their money. Thanks Bob Mills for this experience I definitely will come back soon.

My last experience with Bob Mills Furniture was very good. Helpful sales person from beginning to end. Very happy with delivery. It was on time, and very efficient.

the men that delivered my mattress were very delightful, nice and courteous.
