EDITED 2 star review: Bobcares...about their rating. I would definitely give a 5 star rating for the prompt follow up to just get me to change the review. Following up on the case - They pretty much just run Gtmetrix, tell you that "hey, it looks better now" at 14 seconds page loading speed when PHP-FPM is still having the bottleneck. Mind you, the Gtmetrix results is random since there is a bottleneck and high traffic, and it isn't accurate. Anyway, we managed to fix it ourselves and the website is loading at 5 seconds now at peak traffic. We placed a log on their bash history, and it is amusing what they have done within "1 hour" emergency support which took them almost half the day. Initial 1 Star Rating: I would love to give them a 5 stars for the chat system on their website. They responded quickly and answered my questions confidently before I made payment. However, after making payment for an emergency support, it seems like they work pretty slowly and can't seem to resolve the issue. My server was experiencing high traffic with 64GB RAM and 16 CPUs, but the load was only running at 0.9. They couldn't find the bottleneck or get PHP-FPM to utilise the resources fully. Disappointing.
