I have been using Bobcaresfor around a month so far, and let me say that they have taken a huge weight off of my shoulders. Running a creative agency that hosts websites without a server admin can be scary and risky to your client's websites. Bobcares stepped in and was able to fix anything concerning quickly and properly. The best part is that they will update you as soon as something important changes in the server, and they recommend anything that should be done with a monthly audit. I can now rest my head at night knowing that my server is being watched 24/7. Thank you guys for your help and hardwork!

My site had some bizarre error and stopped working when I did an update and I decided to get some professional help for it. Good thing I did since I was looking in the wrong direction and I would never have found the issue myself. Bobcares in my book is highly recommended.

I had a very hairy IT issue -- networking went down on a Proxmox Server in the middle of the night. I'm not a full-time IT pro, but I know enough to keep things running most of the time. I was immediately impressed that Bobcares had live help staffing a chat function on the site and could triage the problem, explain to me the (VERY reasonable!) cost of a fix, and get me started. From that moment until the problem was fixed, they were in constant communication, asking questions when there were options to consider and informing me of their progress. Based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for both on-call troubleshooting and month-to-month maintenance.
