BobcaresReviews of bobcares.com

My first experience with bobcares was nice. The improvement I needed from my server is achieved and my customers proved me too. I loved the service from bobcares and for sure I will always remember them when an expert is needed. GM,V.ICT Solution PLC,Gutu G.,Ethiopia

After migrating my site to another ISP, my website had serious problems that were negatively affecting my SEO. My web administrator could not solve the problems and my ISP was similarly helpless. I googled the problem. The only resource I found addressing my issue was a blog written by Bobcares. After attempting and failing miserably to solve the problem on my own, it was clear I needed professional help. I contacted Bobcares and they not only solved the problem perfectly, but pointed my attention to other issues that were negatively impacting my website. The entire time they were patient and courteous and responsive without having to wait hours or days. It has been my experience recently that IT services promise the world but don't deliver. Bobcares provides solid assurances, persists until the problem is solved, and is true to their word. Their pricing is very fair yet their service is invaluable. As of today, Bobcares will be my first "go-to."

Thank you to the team at bobcares.

We trust Bobcares for important and urgent tasks whenever we need them.

I asked for Bobcares to check and see why a client of ours was not receiving email. They checked and found the client's IP address was blocked in the server firewall. They whitelisted the IP address in the firewall and in CPhulk. Simple request, but what impressed me most, is that the situation was dealt with quickly.

After an entire week of working and hiring freelancers in different freelance work sites I crossed my way with Bobscare, they attended me on a weekend and were patient with me while I explained my issues, their support team contacted me in a matter of seconds and in a super professional and secured digital environment. Really convenient and really easy process. After an hour, I got everything fixed and working like a charm! I will always work with them on my development and server administration tasks, they are the best out there, without a doubt. 100% RECOMMENDED! Thanks guys!!
