The support team and tech team really…
The support team and tech team really work hard to understand the issue and any complaints you might have. This was my first attempt at using a third party for some emergency support and repair - and I would definitely use them again - just be better careful with defining the requirements and knowing how the billing process works (which is charged for the length of time chatting as well). Knowing these things, you can properly budget and prepare for the support you will receive and I am overall happy with it.

I have used bobcares for some tasks…
I have used bobcares for some tasks such as website migration, hosting environment change and DNS modifications. The service has been great and understood the requirements. It is good to have access to a technical team that have same or better knowledge and I don't have to explain to a novice what needs to be done. They have saved me time while I get on with more important work

After 6+ months I can happily report...
This is my second review. I wrote one a couple of months into using BobCares, and now I have 6+ months of experience with them and I can happily report that they have been spectacular. They maintain our servers, they respond to support tickets in our system via email, chat and phone and all at a price that's truly amazing. We recently let them know that we wanted to change our PHP handler form our control panel to a hardened PHP service. They handled the whole process for us, even switching our clients over (Thanks Basil!). That's service above and beyond the call of duty.
