Very bad experience,I have order a boat nirvana airpod,when I received the product and open it, I saw that sill is already open,and it is a use product ,because two airbuds colour different, i claim refund but they cancel my request,and rejected 😡😡😡

I would give this a -10 is I could Horrible experience. NEVER BUY BOAT PRODUCTS. I bought the boAt PartyPal speaker from Flipkart, and it stopped working within 2 months. Since then, the experience has been nothing short of infuriating. Flipkart provided an invoice that is 2 pages long, and boAt’s excuse for denying warranty is that their invoices are “usually 4–5 pages”. Seriously? Instead of verifying purchase details, boAt hides behind page count logic and claims their system or AI “cannot read” the invoice. I’ve spent countless hours talking to boAt agents, uploading the same invoice again and again, only to be told a new excuse each time. Flipkart refuses to issue a corrected invoice, and boAt refuses to help without one. The customer is left stuck between two companies passing the blame. It’s been nearly 4 months since purchase, and over a month wasted just trying to prove that I bought the product legitimately — forget actually getting it repaired or replaced. No escalation helps. No human accountability exists. This isn’t customer service — it’s deliberate stonewalling. If you’re considering boAt products, be warned: Warranty depends on arbitrary excuses Customer support is scripted and evasive Flipkart + boAt is a dead-end combo The product failed, but the after-sales support failed spectacularly. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone who values their time or money.

My warranty is not getting claimed while my device is on 1 yr warranty period. I'm mailing them they suggesting me some basic troubleshooting like network on off, cookie cleaning, cache cleaning, try on other browsers through there agent at there support website. But my warranty is not been claimed and an error is showing 'an error occured. Please connect with your system admin' wth is this I am at my home and using my private pc and also my androides.

Extremely Poor and Disappointing Service by Boat This is my honest experience with Boat’s delivery system. Their delivery partner does not work properly at all. Despite contacting Boat customer care more than six times, there has been no proper support, no solution, and no effort to satisfy the customer. My order gets cancelled again and again — once, twice, and repeatedly. It clearly feels like the order is being cancelled intentionally, without any valid reason. Boat’s customer care only gives false assurances but takes no real action to fix the problem. This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Instead of resolving customer issues, they keep harassing customers and wasting their time. Such careless and irresponsible service is unacceptable from a brand like Boat.

Purchased Boat basshead 900pro for 1k , withing 5 months after the purchase the right ear just broked off without any physical damage . Apart from that their Service Centers are very Limited , I literally travelled for 2 hours just to reach the Center and their they told your product's warranty can't be and gave me a link to fill the form for replacement of product and they rejected application spontaneously without providing any specific reason .Its now an Year and that Headphone is a total waste for me . I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone , If you want a better investment , go for some other better brands that provide product in the same segement . They have mentioned "MADE IN INDIA" , but on checking alibaba and other chinese electronics shopping sites , I found the exact same headphone , They just rebrand the chinese products and mislead public by claiming MADE IN INDIA .

⭐ 1 Star – Poor Quality & Useless Warranty I bought boAt headphones just four months ago, and the headband cracked during normal usage. A headphone band is supposed to be flexible, but this clearly shows poor build quality. The warranty is of no use when such issues are not properly supported. I would not recommend anyone to buy boAt products. Waste of money.
