Don't buy anything from this company they mislead people they didn't have good costumer support they said they are made in indian company with proudly but behind the truth wall they are buying stuff from china. Even chinese selling there product with good quality, pricing, better costumer support. Like redgear, redragon, eska etc. But they are selling there products with high price really bad costumer support. After purchasing the IM1000 in 15 days the mic stops working so i made a ticket about that problem and they said it took 15DAYS! to get replacement and i was like WHAT! but they i said ok do it BUT! they took 40+ days to replace A HEADPHONE! if you order a haedphone to any site they take hardly 3-4 days to deliver but how much they took for replacement 15-40 days whats the reason we don't have a headphone to replace then why you open a company when you didn't have a headphone to replace. selling orverpriced products with pathetic costumer support.

I Ordered earphones. The sound Quality was very impressive. There was no disturbance while listening to music or any audio. I you are buying any products from boAt I would say it is a great Electronics brand!!!

So i ordered Airdopes 131 recently from their website and paid for it on the same day but due to some reasons I had to cancel my order and I asked them to refund it to my original payment mode. It has been more tha two weeks since I have not received my refund and the website said it is only going to take 5-7 business days. I have been in touch with their customer service but all they do is give me false hopes that they are trying to get this resolved.I did not expect this quality of service from such a reputed brand. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Works well. Have good autonomy. But can't make use of the microphone with apps like WhatsApp or Telegram.

Customer service is aweful.No one is responding for my queries regarding the delivery of the product.On 8th May 2021,I have ordered a product(ORDER ID:342537)from your website directly and it was supposed to reach yesterday as per the tracking details.I have tried to contact your team through all social media media channels, mails, phone calls...Nothing has worked.No responses from your end.Very much disappointed with your service.Stop this company and run, if you cannot look after it properly. Don't buy anything from here. All are frauds who will run with our money and they never responds to our queries after that. This site is not at all genuine

The product is looking pretty good and it is seamless experience with the Aavante sound bar. The musical journey have been started and hope that it will long last.
