At first everything is good but soon enough it all starts to break, like i bought two headphones from there, they were fine initially but soon, the covering started to tear and after a year or something the thing literally broke in half while i was gonna put it on my head, they don't have a good quality products, everything breaks after some use

my boat level rockerz 111 not working within a month from purchasing, when i go to service center they said boat stop service here in kashmir srinagar, i dont know what to do now

Very bad experience. I ordered a 5050da soundbar but received a wrong product on 8th Nov 25. Despite raising a request immediately, they have not even picked up the product, forget about replacement. Their customer care is terrible and they have no control over thwir dekivery partnwr service xpressbee. Simple advice- avoid boat like olague. Not worth the stress. Unfortunateky im stuck with a wrrong cheap product eith no one from company addressing the issue.

Will not be trusting this site again. Overall just horrible company attitude and products that prey on unsuspecting customers. NEVER AGAIN

Buying my first product - Poor quality - No return policy - Zero customer service - 80+ Email on product and 100+ Whatsapp msg. Litterally the worst ever experience a consumer can have.

Very poor service experience. My boAt earbuds got damaged twice, and even after raising a service request, the pickup team never called me and marked it as “customer unreachable.” I had to stop my studies multiple times just to follow up, but the service centre does not respond properly. Website doesn’t work, claim form fails, WhatsApp support ignores messages, and the helpline connects only to an AI bot with no solution. Why should customers waste time again and again for basic warranty support? boAt seriously needs to fix their service system. Very disappointed.
