The product quality of their basic range is very poor. Extremely dissatisfied

I have the previous and new model of the wanderer watch.In the boat Wanderer- it is seen that the straps are longer and that the screen has more space to customise on, but in the Smart version, instead of customising space, we have got a branding of the company boat and the straps are now shorter. Just changing the ringtones and screen of a watch does not mean they will be any better.

At first everything is good but soon enough it all starts to break, like i bought two headphones from there, they were fine initially but soon, the covering started to tear and after a year or something the thing literally broke in half while i was gonna put it on my head, they don't have a good quality products, everything breaks after some use

Today I have faced a malfunction in my new headphones. I bought it just 8 days ago. So I decided to reach the customer service through email. I told my problem several times but till now no response from the other hand. I am really very disappointed for their cheap customer service experience. I also try to reach them through WhatsApp. But it's only a boat who is talking to me, giving me several options . But my headphones name is not even listed in their list. They have to improve a lot and I don't think they would ever think for there improvements we are already a brand. Everybody trust them by their name. But I'm going to suggest everyone to avoid the boAt products while choosing for anything to buy.

Boat wave fury smart watch bought in July 2025. Just after two months of use the following problems are noticed. 1. Battery discharges within 3 days as against 5 to 7 days claimed by Boat . 2. Settings changes onits own. 3. Disconnects from mobile app frequently. Contacted boat, they refused to process my warranty claim saying that my complaint doesn't fall in acceptable criteria. So I bought Boat Airdopes from their main website and I had a one year warranty on it. So when my Airdopes stopped working properly I claimed the warranty and when I received the replacement, I was so shocked to find wired earphone of a random company call Aarya. I registered my complaint on their e-mail. But they kept saying to wait for 24-48 hrs. And then stopped replying ever again. I literally do not suggest anyone to buy from Boat. They scammed me. Update: They have send the replacement again. I don't know what changes their mind.

I like the product of the boat. I bought an earbud from boat the sound quality was good but the buds stopped working after a few months for whatever reason. The boat has 1 one-year return policy, but they didn't exchange it even though I had an exchange or warranty card. For this reason, I am very disappointed by this company.

I ordered a pair of boAt 255+ pro Bluetooth earphones from Amazon after seeing so many positive reviews and when I actually used the product, it turns out that the ear piece is made out of cheap rubber which starts hurting your ear after 15-20 mins or so. Sound quality is quite subpar and it's just covered in lots of bass without any clarity. When I posted a review on Amazon, they deleted it saying that product sent to me was authentic and I can't write negative review. They didnt allow me to return the product either. It is such a big scam!
