February 11 I ordered an Airdrop Loop grey model and received it on 17th February. The piece is defective and unable to connect iso set. I tried exchanging it and website failed submitting it. I kept calling agents around 8 times in this duration and they kept saying exchange partner I.e courier company is unable to locate my address and sometimes door lock which is not possible. I have a worse experience with boat this time. I had better experience being a customer of boat as I had 2 other earphones purchase and had no issues. But this time it’s a worse experience.

A brand grows on trust. If customers can’t return faulty products, that trust disappears fast. boAt and Aman Gupta built a strong brand, but ignoring customer experience will only damage it in the long run. Buy carefully.

its very worst product and very poor responds & service, i will near ever refer any to buy this boat product , name is boat brand but its worst brand .

boAt sells cheap chinese products. Their smart watches are miserable in terms of sensor performance. The smart watch was replaced 4 times with sensor defect unsolved. I am seeking a full refund of the watch and compensation for agony and distress I went through. The watch is still under warranty. Please DO NOT BUY boAt smart watches with health sensors. Sensors are misrable. Heart rate sensor shows abnormally high readings. I had provided video proof to boAt in X. I have taken help of legal experts to get this sorted so that people at large do not suffer like I did buying inferior, defective, under performing boAt smart watches.

Very bad customer support I cancel my product boat nirvana id9264598 the shipment is i refused to pick up but I already paid the product so now till date they are refund not yet given the customer care telling as per her policy is engraved the product they will arrange the boat u need I don’t need the product so my refund given immediately
