I have a Boat Partypal 390 speaker and within one year it have created many issues and and after it is not working. The main thing is that these are Boat premium/costly products. Also the after sales service is too bad

I am very disappointed with my overall purchase and warranty experience with boAt. When I raised a warranty claim, I expected a fair and satisfactory resolution. However, the replacement offered does not seem equivalent in value and specifications to my original product. The lack of proper communication and satisfactory support has made this experience even more frustrating. I expected better after-sales service from a well-known brand like boAt. Customers deserve fair replacement options, transparent communication, and proper assistance when they face issues with their purchases. I hope boAt takes customer feedback seriously and improves its warranty service.

Boat is worst company i seen ever. i had purchase boat soindbar and its more than 3 month but they dont provide any service & support. when call to cc they have fixed ans even in mail/

I have used 3 boat products in 3 years both neckband and TWS. I am so disappointed that I want sue them for such poor quality products at such a high price.

I placed an order for 6 bluetooth wireless speakers through their website and received only 4. However since the package was delivered intact, the company has refused to arrange the remaining two speakers inspite of sharing all relevant images with the team. extremely unprofessional.

Very wast experience with Boat i had purchased boat basshead Active black C type after few day it work the it got issue with C type jack loss i have raise request for service on 16 Sept 2026 after 6 day I had received but i received 3.5 mm jack I had raise request on mail or customer support call but still not resolved today has 13-10-2026 i am very disappointed with service

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with boAt's official customer support. I originally purchased a brand-new smartwatch from their official website. The watch turned out to be defective, so I went through the hassle of raising a support ticket and getting a replacement. To my absolute shock, the replacement unit delivered to me is completely USED/REFURBISHED. The package arrived with clear signs of tampering—the watch has visible scuffs, missing screen protection film, and looks like a previously rejected return. Paying for a brand-new product only to be handed someone else's used device is a complete cheat. Their support system seems designed to run customers in circles. If boAt does not resolve this immediately by sending a factory-sealed, brand-new retail unit or issuing a full refund, I will be forced to take this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
