I just purchased a package for my 8 year old son (board, boots and bindings). The whole package came within a week of purchasing and placing the order online as promised. The day I placed the order I realized that the boots I ordered might not fit the bindings so I called the contact number, spoke to a man who was very nice and told me that he was already about to call me! He advised me of the bindings to get and even though they were more money there was no extra charge. I would definitely buy from this site again. I didn't realize that I was entitled to a free gift with my purchase so I do wish that the man I spoke to notified me because I would have got the pack of stickers for my son. But overall I am very pleased:) I can't wait to see my little guy's face on Christmas morning! Thanks boardsforless. - Amanda NY

When I ordered my helmet, boots and gloves I didn't receive any confirmation or an email saying my order was shipped. I became worried thait it was a mistake but within a week the order was delivered and I love the products.

order a complete set up for 5 people.....i could not even rent at these prices...shipping was fast.......telling all my friends and family. god bless

I purchased some -5 degree snow boots for my son. They shipped me a cheap pair of snow boots sold by Walmart that are not anywhere near a -5 degree boot. When I contacted them regarding the matter, their response was the boots I received were much better than the boots I ordered and I could keep them as a free upgrade. They are lying 1 of 2 ways, either the boots I purchased aren't what they advertise them as or they are lying about the Walmart boots being better. I explained to them I wanted to return them and get the boots I ordered. They have never responded to my multiple emails or phone calls. I reported them to the BBB and Boards for less never responded to the BBB's inquiries either. I am stuck with a cheap pair of boots thanks to their bait and switch practices! Never buy from these crooks!

I got my son a snowboard package with boots liners binders and a board. My son used his board once and both of his liners ripped at the seam. I emailed company 1 st time no response . 2nd time they wanted pictures of the liners. I sent it to them showing clearly it was a defective product. They told me to send them the liners and they would send it to the manufacture and have them glued or sewn and it would take a min of 30-60 days to get them back . The kicker is I need to pay the postage both ways. I have sent them 2 emails saying that was not exceptable. I would like liners sent to me and I will mail the defective ones back.. They have not responded back..

If you have both time and money to waste then, by all means, feel free to shop at Boards For Less. I ordered a combination set of snowboard boots WITH bindings for a Christmas gift. I received the boots but NO bindings. I tried to call but all you get is a recording telling you to send an email. I did that .. THREE TIMES. . . and have yet to receive any kind of response. Apparently, they are more than happy to take your money but if they don't follow through you're just out of luck. I strongly recommend you find a more customer oriented company with which to do business because, apparently, Boards for Less doesn't care about happy customers. They just want your money.

Ordered a board and boots for my 5 year old son. Got an email letting me know the boots I chose we're out of stock, they gave me an alternate option which I accepted. Was worried, due to the delay in me responding back to their email that the board would not arrive by Christmas. They responded right away and sent me my tracking information. My package has cleared customs, it's in Canada, and is going to arrive in time....thank goodness! And I would like to add that they must have went above and beyond for me because according to their Christmas shipment dates I shouldn't have received my board in time! Something I think they could improve on is simplifying their website. It is busy, but before I buy anything on line I make sure I read everything. They do indicate that their number is for sales, they do state that product shipped may not be exactly as shown, they so state that there will be a restocking fee. All my correspondence was by email and I had good luck. And then let's be real, in order for this company to offer these prices they obviously have a small staff, low overhead and volume purchase. No company can offer top of the line goods at below cost and stay afloat so let common sense prevail. If you are an avid snowboarder looking for exceptional equipment or need a "personal touch" with regards to customer service then go to a sporting goods store. My needs have been met and I'm happy!

Beware to Canadian customers. You might not get what you ordered. They posted the wrong image on the website and my son ended up getting an inferior quality boot because of it. Which he feels obliged to keep because he does not want to risk missing out on any winter fun. Furthermore, after reading the reviews i have no confidence that boardsforless would follow up on their promiss to send the right boots.
