I got a good deal on a board, bindings, and boots. At the last minute, I needed to change the shipping address. I called and they sent it to the new location with no problems. My impression is that they don't have a lot of staff, so you don't get much contact with the company. They didn't send a tracking number, but I still received the item earlier than expected. I would do business with them again.

When I ordered my helmet, boots and gloves I didn't receive any confirmation or an email saying my order was shipped. I became worried thait it was a mistake but within a week the order was delivered and I love the products.

I found a 3 piece snowboard, boots, and bindings set brand new for $250! So I ordered the package and asked to speak with a representative about the boot sizing. 3 days later a rep John called and I was unable to speak at that time so I asked for a number to call back and he said he would call back in 30 min. I didn't get a call back until 3 hours later when I was unavailable again. I sent numerous e-mails regarding my order and about a week later Brittney responded to my e-mails and took care of the situation. She responded to my e-mails the same day and was a big help! At first I was skeptical of this business due to the reviews (I didn't see until after I placed the order). But in the end they took care of me, sent my package overnight! and everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this company!

Girlfriend loves her board, shipping was quick but their is no way to contact anyone and my emails were not initionally returned. So great product at a great price with poor customer service. With improved customer service I would give 5 stars.
