Girlfriend loves her board, shipping was quick but their is no way to contact anyone and my emails were not initionally returned. So great product at a great price with poor customer service. With improved customer service I would give 5 stars.

I ordered 2 snowboard packages. I received within 4 days from fedex. They are exactly what I ordered. They sent me a order confirmation email and a email with my tracking information. I told my friend about boardsforless and she received the same service. Great company. Best prices. I will order from them again.

I ordered a 99.00 snowboard a week before Christmas for my son and a pair of gloves. My total order was for 148 dollars and some change, they emailed me a few days later advising that the board was now out of stock and asked if I wanted another board instead. I emailed back and asked them to just cancel my order since they had not shipped it out yet and I bought the board local for my son instead. They have still to this day never responded and I have emailed them several times and left phone messages (never any answer at the phone number they list). I am going to report them to the BBB since they list right on their site that they do not charge your card until they ship your order and in our case they charged it immediately and never responded to us again. No shipment and No refund in my book is fraud! I would recommend avoiding them at all cost they are nothing but scammers and deserve to be investigated!

Ordered replacement bindings discs 9.99 for discs + 9.99 shipping, discs were pictured as being metal when in fact they are plastic. Order was placed on 12/7 and not received until 1/11. Every time i contacted them vie email all they would tell me was "its been shipped and no tracking was available" Finallly i threatened to file a dispute via paypal and they informed me the package was sent back to them and should arrive soon. The package arrived and i realized the issues was that they only paid .78 cents for shipping instead of .95 cents which is all it cost yet they charged me 9.99 and it was over a month to get it would def not do business with again..stay away from these jokers
