No customer support! Phone number for company listed on credit card bill is disconnected.No tracking info provided until after package arrived. Customer service can't find order numbers listed in e-mail from the company itself. Boots don't fit but need an authorization code to return?? Still waiting on that??

I got a good deal on a board, bindings, and boots. At the last minute, I needed to change the shipping address. I called and they sent it to the new location with no problems. My impression is that they don't have a lot of staff, so you don't get much contact with the company. They didn't send a tracking number, but I still received the item earlier than expected. I would do business with them again.

have been looking for japanese brand Makuw 真空雪板等 for a while. All on season models shipped from japan costs $300-$500. Was looking for some older models from 3-4 seasons ago. Saw some older models left by the old distributor which has since closed in USA on board for less website. Only cost me $149!!!!! Saw so many poor rated reviews on those horror stories about board for less. So i used Q&A to check with customer service if they had particular models for the board i want. Responded fast no problem. Yes the website itself needs some upgrade and update. we still see christmas shipping details at this time of the year. Tracked the shipping by UPS. Delivered at my doorstep today. To get this board at $149 is a steal. I am happy to do business with board for less and i want to revert the poor impression and review ratings for this company. Because i have had great experience here. ITs a good place if you wanna buy some cheap antiques board .

Trust me, and just about every other reviewer on here... This place is the worst, and you will not receive the item you ordered. They strictly use stock photos, and seem to use the wrong stock photo often... I ordered a brown board, and got a beat up green one... Also no apology or response from BoardsForLess. You've been warned... Stay away!

I ordered a burton snowboard and bindings. The board is fine however they sent me the wrong bindings, they sent men's ones which were awful and can't be used as they are too big and bulky. We have tried numerous times to contact them and can not get a response. Never come across such a dishonest company with such disgusting customer service. I would stay clear or pray there is nothing wrong with your order!!!'

Wow, where to start? Everything arrived quickly, great. But bindings were rusted - so rusted. and in such poor condition that they broke within minutes of use. when they called me to ask a question, they were super nice. when i called the first time that the bindings broke (after not receiving an e-mail response after several days), response was nasty and dismissive and told me to "send a picture". i did, heard nothing. then another break. this time "brittany" from customer service sent mail and said that since "i bought used bindings" they wouldn't send me new ones (even though new ones should have already been on the way due to first breakage). bottom line is that these people have zero customer service and a crappy, dangerous product. i only wish i'd looked at reviews before doing any business from them, they are ridiculously unscrupulous. i'd give them 0 stars if that was an option.

I've already sent this business multiple emails for an RMA request to return some snowboards boots that ended up being a tad-bit too big for my feet, and yet no response back from these guys. I should have did a search on this business prior to making that transaction as I could have avoided buying from these guys had I known about all these negative reviews about these chumps. I, like others here, most likely will end up with the same fate. My purchase was less than $50 but $50 is money nonetheless.

I ordered a pair of XL Ski Pants one evening. I had changed my mind later and sent an email to the customer service email asking to cancel the order. No response. I call all day the next day, their phone is always busy like it is left off the hook. The order did not ship for a few days so it could have been cancelled in plenty of time. Now that pants arrived and they are not an XL like the tag says , but more like a XXXL made for an NFL lineman. Worthless to me. Avoid this company at all cost, if you even call them a company. REMEMER also they don't accept returns, don't believe any scripted positive reviews posted here . I would rather do business with an Ebay company based in China!!
