I bought new skis and bindings. A part was missing from the bindings (?!) so they couldn't be mounted on the skis. Customer service was episodic, horrific and completely inadequate. Will never use again and recommend avoiding completely.

I purchased a snowboard/binding/boot set for my son who was taking a snowboarding class as a college freshman as a BEGINNER. The set arrived quickly and looked great. My son was excited to try them out. His FIRST day on the slopes, the board snapped width-wise just in front of the bindings, rendering the board useless. He was simply going back and forth down a groomed trail trying not to go too fast as a beginner. No crazy stunts. The board was extremely poor quality. No response from several e-mails to the company, and the one person I talked to online promised an administrator would contact me, but still no response. They are friendly until you order, but if you have any problems you won't get any response other than "an administrator will contact you." But you will never talk to an administrator. They don't care about service -- they simply sell a substandard product. You might get lucky and have it function for a while. In our case, we didn't even get a day's worth of use out of it. That made it extremely expensive. The boards my son now rents are much better quality. Wish I had done my research before purchasing from this company.

I'm from Europe and reading some of these negative comments after ordering my board. I was worried really worried. But to my amusement every thing went well. I received my board 10 days later and exactly what I ordered. I believe that most of these horrible comments are from impatient people and they wrote comments just out of frustration of waiting and then they didn't refresh the review when they got there order. You safe a lot of money here and get a great product . I love this company and will shop again . P.s if you want to contact them wait for the hours there open remember there in america and there is a time difference there always online to help and are friendly and great Best wishes boardsforless and thanks

Absolutely horrible. First of all I received street boots for snowboarding boots that you could get at Kmart. They tell me that 100s are satisfied w this. They sent me rusted bindings and scratched boards. Nothing is usable and I have to pay myself to ship it all back. I am thankful I ordered early enough so I can order somewhere else. Never buy from here! Better quality is available for just as low of a price pretty much anywhere else.

Nov. of 2014 I purchased 2 sets of boards, boots and bindings for my teenage boys for Christmas. My younger son used his maybe 10 times and the boots are coming apart. I have emailed and called 2 times a month since March of 2015. You either get voice mail or someone who tells you they will have an Administrator contact me. Never happened. Emails go unanswered. The first one they sent a response that they needed pictures. That I already sent. At this point I believe they aren't ever going to handle this problem. I will say they are the friendliest people while I was giving them my money no so much when going the other way. I even made a better business bureau report against them that they won't respond to. After reading all these reviews there needs to some way to shut them down. I guess I am out of luck.

I was freaking out after I placed the order and started reading some of the awful reviews, but I got everything delivered fast and the products have great prices, I dont know much about snowboarding but all the products I got are as described Its true no customer service response from phone, but other than that 5star
