BoardsforlessReviews of boardsforless.com

i was scared to order after reading some reviews but i know people only write reviews for bad not good. so i wanted to write to say how much i love boardsforless. i ordered a board for my daughter, it came fast in the mail. she opened it up and loved it. fabulous costumer service. i will only order with them from now on. ohh and did i mention it was super cheap.

I sent my boots back in exchange for a size larger 2 MONTHS AGO! I've made several attempts to contact them about it, but when NO ONE answers the phone, and no one replies to your emails about how they've essentially STOLEN from you and they need to pay you back, I can honestly say this is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever gotten from any company! I'm STILL WAITING for my boots, OR MONEY, to be returned to me, or SOMEONE'S gonna be payin out the @$$ in court!

Wanted to give them ZERO STARS but the site would not allow that. I ordered a board for my kid for Christmas and it has core defect on the bottom that makes it totally unusable! Not just some minor paint defect. Paid $150 for something that should have been tossed in the garbage."Brittany" emailed me back to get pictures of the defect, which I emailed, then nothing. Nada. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF! All I wanted was to exchange this board for one that could actually be ridden. Their failure to respond is completely childish and unprofessional. (Given my experience, and that of so many others, I personally don't believe that any of the positive reviews about the company are from actual customers, but were put there by boardsforless staff to decieve potential buyers into thinking that boardsforless is a legitimate, professional business.)

If you have extra money to throw away and you enjoy the feeling you get when you open up a parcel only to find complete dissapointment , then this online store is for you! I was pretty stoked waiting for a board I ordered..It was mentioned on the site that the board may have a minor blemish...the board I recieved has paint accross the top of the deck. Someone has also written on it with indellable marker and it appears as though someone used a belt sander to put some finnishing touches on it....This is not the advertised new board with minor blemish...I have emailed my complaint, to boards for less but it does not seem to concern them......buyer beware!!!

I found a 3 piece snowboard, boots, and bindings set brand new for $250! So I ordered the package and asked to speak with a representative about the boot sizing. 3 days later a rep John called and I was unable to speak at that time so I asked for a number to call back and he said he would call back in 30 min. I didn't get a call back until 3 hours later when I was unavailable again. I sent numerous e-mails regarding my order and about a week later Brittney responded to my e-mails and took care of the situation. She responded to my e-mails the same day and was a big help! At first I was skeptical of this business due to the reviews (I didn't see until after I placed the order). But in the end they took care of me, sent my package overnight! and everything was perfect! I would highly recommend this company!

Sent us absolutely wrong gear. Never got resolved. We paid for return shipping and they shut off all communication, keeping the (wrong) stuff we already paid for + they extra money we put in for return shipping. Can't reach these asses by phone since their voice mail is always full... Don't buy from these crooks.

Ordered a Snowboard and bindings from BoardsForLess.com for a Christmas present. Items arrived on time, however Board was damaged and there's no evidence it happened during shipment. A section of the topcoat, about 7" long and 2" wide was cracked and pulled completely off the Board. There was no damage to the box, or pieces of the topcoat in the box, which indicates it was shipped like that. The receipt I printed mentions, in tiny print, that there were some "minor cosmetic issues" with the board, but believe me, this isn't a minor cosmetic thing. It makes the board look terrible. Customer Service: non-existent. Multiple emails go un-answered. Phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full and won't take additional messages. Summary: Buyer beware. I suspect they unload items purchased at damaged auctions and then remain silent if there's any customer dissatisfaction. I'd never order from these schysters again.

I placed an order on Dec. 6 and I received a confirmation of my order with in minutes. The email say that I will get an e-mail with shipping with in 3-4 days, well after a week with no e-mail I sent them an e-mail, 2 days go by no response so I call and leave a message, I call again today and their voice mail is full. So I called my credit card company to cancel the order. I would not buy from these guys
