My terp pen does not work. I charged it out of the packaging with the cord provided. I took it off of the charger and sucked it in front of my mirror to see if I could see the coil light up. Plus I heard you should warm it up a tid bit before your first hit. The light does not stay on as I hit. It blinks red and whatever color setting it’s on. I saw the instruction manual said to make sure the coil is screwed in. I unscrewed it and screwed it back in. I noticed a piece of rubber came out and it looks like the atomizer isn’t in the unit properly. It is tilted to the side and looks like it’s not making connection. Sucks I haven’t even gotten to try it and I was so excited for this product.

I contacted these guys about a product I purchased which was defective, they ask for confirmation of payment within a day l was contacted, the product I initially purchased wasn't available however they shipped out a upgrade to next model Thanks

This Tera replacement for my shattered CFX came in good time. It’s a cool unit and I’m looking forward to using it once it’s all charged up.

I want to say that the 2nd representative I spoke with was very helpful and acted promptly. However, it was months with the initial one, who even recently told me there would still be a wait. I hope this model is ideal for my usage needs and I look forward to trying it.

So good! Used other wax pens and was always frustrated. Either couldn't get a hit or way too messy. This one's small, discreet, easy to clean and great rips!

The xl does not work. Tried new coils and still doesn't function properly.
