I got a defective unit. I’ve been trying to get them for over a week now and no response. They finally replied and sending me a brand new unit no hassles thank you.

Boundless honors their warranties. I sent my devices in and was sent replacements. It wasn't the devices I was expecting but now I do have replacements.

You just kinda sent me a new unit instead of troubleshooting the problem. I'm grateful for the new unit, but what if it happens next time I need to change out the coils?

The purchase, shipping and delivery processes were great. The product itself is pretty good for mobile dabs. My biggest complaint is not being able to get more than a few good rips before battery needs recharged. It is what it is. Worth $60 if 2 or 3 good hits is what you're looking for.

I did have a shipping issue and think they need to tighten up a bit on fulfillment. However Customer service came through and got me my order.

Product is quality, though overpriced. Delivery costs are also way too high for tiny accessories that can fit in a small envelope... Come on guys!

This is my experience with Boundless. I got the original pen from a different company, absolutely loved it. Ordered from Boundless directly and shipping was quick, but I seem to be having various problems with the XL I recieved and I haven't gotten a response in nearly a week. The phone number is useles and just tells you to email them... which clearly doesn't help if they don't reply. I believe my unit is faulty and I've just been waiting for a response and for that reason I do not recommend Boundless, or at least dealing with them directly, and I cannot until they address my issues as well as the other customers they seem to be doing the same thing to. EDIT: Support responded before this post went live. I am not sure if they were backlogged or what, but they offered an apropriate solution. Will update once replacement arrives.

Easy Fix! I'd rather not have had the experience, I'd rather have my coils, but it was an easy fix.
