Great experience dealing with this company. Love the product, and the customer service I experienced was top notch. I lost the lid for my pen and emailed Eric Chavez to see if I could get a replacement. He said sure, it’s on its way. When it arrived, it wasn’t just the lid, but a replacement pen. Thanks, Boundless, for going above and beyond!

They were over all super helpful! And replaced my broken device but when I asked if they could give me the same color pen and they said no problem but then sent me a different color anyways

Love Terp Pen but poor/no warranty support. Product failed after 2 months, OK stuff happens. Open a warranty claim ticket. Received a quick reply saying you had everything for my warranty claim then—nothing. I get an email saying it shipped a week later. When I track the package all is says is a label was made, waiting to receive product from shipper, 2 week later. I call, no one answers the phone. I email, all I get is auto responses. What's up Boundless Tech? Are you gonna ship my new pen or what? I was a real fan of the product, not so much now, but would love to change my mind—if someone real would get back to me. 03/22/21 Update: I have changed my rating from a 2 stars to 5 stars. I was personally contacted by the Director of Product Development to make sure I had received the replacement Terp Pen. Still love this product, convenient, easy to use, discreet—and now I can say great support.

Goed bedrijf met een goede service en klantensupport via mail, maar ook op social media zeer goed te bereiken en snel antwoord. Over de kwaliteit van de vaporizers als het om kruiden vapes of de terppen gaat niets te klagen. Werkt zoals het hoort en je kunt zien en voelen dat het om goede materialen gaat wat ze hebben gebruikt. Al met al een grote fan haha
