Never got my package

Solid products, not the greatest support material. The UI/UX of the Tera is a bit odd and the instructions aren't very helpful. Luckily they have a video on how to use the vape but there were still a few things I needed to figure out on my own. It really shouldn't be that complicated.

Excellent product, my new favorite portable dab pen. Thick robust hits every time.

got an email 8 days ago that my order has been shipped and it has yet to even make its way to the post office… pretty disappointing

Great honestly, love the terp pens , great price great product

Ez pz. Sent a new device that works awesome after my old one broke.

Hi. Today is June 17th. It has been more than 3 months since I made my order (Order #108464) and I did not receive it yet. Tracking the package, I see that it was delivered to a mailbox in Los Angeles, but it should go to Spain (Vitoria). *** I thought you were a serious company but I not getting any response from you. 🙁 Very angry regards, Raul Romo

I am so glad I just got the replacement pen and am really happy with it. I think the problem with the last one was I cleaned the mouth piece area and it caused a glitch or something. Thank you very much, I always tell everyone they need the boundless terp-pen. I am not gonna use pipe cleaner sticks or liquid anymore, and just stick with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free rag, preferably. I hope that I can help others not make the same mistake and just allow the alcohol to do the work and not like rub too hard , possibly user error. I will buy a second because I love the Terp-pen so much, I can literally use it anywhere. Thanks again, Stephen Baker
