BMO Bank has poor customer service. Their main issue is how long it takes them to log a payment. The ACH payment comes from my main account to pay for a loan. Most banks credit this same day. BMO says it can take up to ten days! What is happening with that money in the meantime? They make money on the interest. When I complained, they told me not to worry about the interest. What does that mean? I paid off the loan early to have nothing to do with these shysters.

Most likely BMO Bank is helping the US so-called department of Justice to commit crimes and fraud I file for bankruptcy and I did not have my credit card my BMO credit card as a part of this bankruptcy but most likely US department of Justice trustees office the same US department of Justice that is under investigation for fraud they put this credit card this BMO credit card even though I was paying one hundred $200 a week I was making payments I was using this credit card they pushed this credit card this BMO credit card into the bankruptcy the same way the department of Justice the so-called department of Justice that is under investigation push this house even though it had nothing to do with bankruptcy they pushed it into the bankruptcy they try to steal from me they already stolen thousands of dollars from me and this was most likely done because I was working for racist FedEx corporation 20 years ago and I was injured while working for racist FedEx corporation and instead of being sent to the doctor's office I was fired from FedEx races FedEx corporation and denied of medical attention and I false complaints now most likely department of Justice this fraud department of Justice this fifths are retaliating they already stolen thousands of dollars from me they try to steal my car that was already paid off I just owed 20-30 Grand to San tan homeowner association they added on all this fake charges phone charges Indiana I ended up paying 50 60 even maybe $70,000 more to give my house to my brother now I'm paying five of the house that I was paying $500 a month now I'm paying $1200 a month for the reason I'm saying all this the so-called department of Justice this thief's already done this now they have put this credit card this BMO credit card into the so-called bankruptcy for over a month I keep calling BMO bankruptcy department and they are not returning my calls they're not answering my questions I just want to know what happened to this credit card and last week this BMO Bank employee from Canada her name is Julie she called me from number 1-844-897-9448 extension number 5477 she left me two voicemails for a week now I've been calling her every time I get her voicemail and she's not returning any of my calls she can't even she doesn't even have a decency to say what is going on all she has to say is if she's confused she doesn't know what's going on all she has to say is anything I can help you with today I called her office someone else picked up the phone and they still transfer the cult some voicemail I just left a voicemail this is the kind of thief in charlatans this BMO Bank is and I've been with BMO Bank since 1999 for almost three decades and they don't have a decency to answer a simple question they are most likely holding on to this credit card let it gain thousands of dollars in interest and that is the US so-called department of Justice next plan semester plan to retaliate and steal from me.

I wish I had known how awful the Woodbury MN branch is before I rented a safe deposit box. They are literally stealing money from me. They just keep debiting my account when I have paid been paid up loyally for 5 years. They accuse me of things that are not true. I am really offended and there is nobody to turn to. I tried the email/chatbox/calling etc. They say I have to go to the branch! The branch is the problem and Cheryl is the problem. RIP BMO! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Paid off my RV on December 17, 2025 it took 3 checks before they claimed they received payoff… 2026 go to sell RV & they claim we owe $200 plus in late fees… we do ACH payment & now we have to wait 7 days for clear title… they are scam artists!!

This is actually where our stories between our two countries diverge. We are the both of us a one party state. And of course nobody else has went on to win a single damn anything in either country after they "broke off". Canada has recently gotten the brilliant idea to basically alienate every single financial services company in the world to want to come here to do any kind of business I just asked Google's Gemini AI, this, just last night, wondering if any singular company at all after I had been browsing American credit cards because you guys have absolutely everything when it comes to this kind of thing under the sun. You can pay one of our Canadian banks who have went down there to do business although they don't know how to do that. And you can pay them like $10 and get your entire check at TD anyway, cashed, on the spot. "Due to regulations," this is not possible up here and is the country where these banks have started their residing. When when is Canadian one reads all the time about, when it comes to money, "this other country or people is doing this thing like Europe makes having a bank account a constitutional and human right, but, you, the serf, living in Canada, you cannot have such 'risky things' as, 'PaySafe cards, which, one might enable them, to withdraw to their bank-account, and, as-from-that-, said-platform'". Y'all literally have cornucopia, banking products--me? 7-day-hold on city-cheque. Entire civilised world; sees all banking is done, electronically. I'm supposed believe we landed on moon with a Commodore 64 landing rover that took-off with little sparks that looked like Wall-E was making an appearance in 1960, but in Canada, nobody is allowed have a bank-acct--the mentally ill woman who works at Barton St. branch in Hamilton, I couldn't ask her why I was hearing conflicting info b/w her teller and she and she threatened my arrest. I've run out of space.

Although I opened my account in Long Beach California after having a bad experience with Bank Of America, I thought BMO would be better however, after a fraud attempt, I went into the branch in Oklahoma who said I could not get a new ATM card from them because my account was not at that branch. This is one of the most ludicrous ridiculous things I’ve ever heard in my life I look for a credit union I have had it with commercial banks

Horrible, their new website is awful, takes 3x longer to do a simple transaction. I've been using the same computer for 5 years and everytime I LOG IN I HAVE TO VERIFY THEN I GET AN EMAIL. What a waste of your life.

BEWARE! BMO bank uses sneaky prospectus tactics to lower the interest rate on your money market account. These people are NOT looking out for the best interest of their customers. I have over $220k in my money market account and when reviewing the statement I noticed that my rate had decreased from 1.99% to 1.48 % yet they were advertising offering a 2.12% rate to new customers who are required to put in far less than the $220k I have n my money market. When I asked the Manager why she did not know and said that she would have to look into it. Several days later I received a response stating that the reason my rate went down over 0.5% she stated that it was because I did not make the 3 transactions to my checking account which I was told in the beginning I did not have to do anything with but that it was only being opened to give me the better interest rate.I do not trust this bank and after I move my money market account to another bank I will no longer have anything to do with BMO bank. They DO NOT have the best interest of their customers in mind.
