After deposit 1000 in a checking account, the account number can not be provided. I called the customer service, they can not help.

Services and online help is wonderful. I just dont appreciate the High monthly checking bill fees, especially to long time clients.

If I could give them zero starts I would. Banking with this bank has been the worse experience of my life. They closed my savings account without my notice or permission then when I deposited a check they told me they had to hold my funds. I have been dealing with this stupid ass bank for 3 weeks trying to get my money back and yet I’m still waiting. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY AND WORK HARD FOR IT.

This is the wort bank since m&i been banking here for 60 hrs every time I have to show i.d. even though I use my bmo card with my secret code went to many other branches and never has to show i.d.

My business debit card was apparently breached by fraud. I recognized the fraudulent transaction while it was still pending and called BMO to have it stopped. I had the debit card deleted, but was told that the transaction had to post to my account before it could be disputed. I waited for the transaction to post today, and I called in to have it disputed. The representative told me that while the matter is being disputed they would not provide provisional credit. It seems to me they could have simply cancelled the transaction while it was still pending since I alerted them to the matter. It is as if they conspire with the fraudsters for some strange reason, instead of collaborating with the customer (ME!) Thank God the transaction wasn't for a large amount. My business would go under while they look into the matter I guess. It makes no sense.

Terrible bank, just close all your accounts and just walk away. This bank could care less about americans they are canadian, there employees are probably paid in peanuts and that is why they put out horrible customer service. Im removing my 250k as soon as they un freeze all my accounts over a suspecious $500 deposit, what the heck they have 250k but freeze my accounts over $500 mobile deposit, walk away, these canadians give two cents about americans. My review is Negative 5 stars.

I am so disappointed in BMO Bank. I have over a $100,000.00 loan with them. I tried to break a hundred dollar bill in Chicago and they refused me service because I don't have a checking account with them. Well, I am now looking to refinance my loan with someone else
