We’re sorry that you were frustrated with the delivery of your baggage. We would like to clarify that Blue Ribbon Bags is a baggage tracking service, not a baggage delivery service. We continuously monitor baggage status through the airline’s systems and provide updates and assistance with communication regarding delayed baggage. In your case, our team provided information regarding the location and status of your bag and assisted with communication with Air France. We have also continued to provide assistance regarding the delivery of your baggage, even after it arrived at the destination airport. However, once baggage has arrived at the destination, the airline and its baggage handling partners are responsible for releasing and delivering the bag to the passenger. Blue Ribbon Bags does not have physical access to retrieve baggage or control the airline’s delivery process. We understand that knowing where your bag is does not replace having it delivered, and we are sorry for the frustration this has caused. We have continued to assist where possible, but ultimately the airline has control over the physical delivery of your baggage.

Lilac, so sorry to hear your bag wasn't delivered until 3 days after you landed. We completely understand how frustrating it is when it takes longer than expected for your bag to be returned back to you. As per our systems, your bag was delivered on 3rd August 2026 to your destination airport. We can see you filed a claim on 2nd August 2026 and as per our service agreement, your case did not qualify for our Service Satisfaction Guaranteed Payment. This is due to the bag's arrival in under 96 hours to the destination airport. We want to clarify that Blue Ribbon Bags is a baggage tracking service. We continuously monitor your baggage status and work with the airline's baggage systems to track your luggage and help facilitate communication; we do not have the authority or physical access to retrieve baggage from the airport ourselves and deliver it. Only the airline and/or the airport baggage handling teams can release and deliver your luggage. We have no control over the airline or baggage handler's courier process. We understand that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, especially as your bag remained at the airport undelivered to your actual address. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding your experience. While we regret that we have not been able to achieve a faster resolution in this case, we remain committed to assisting you in every way that is within our control.

The price you paid was determined and collected entirely by the booking provider. Blue Ribbon Bags did not process your payment, set the selling price, or receive the additional amount you referenced. If you believe you were overcharged, we recommend contacting your booking provider directly, as they are the only party able to explain their pricing or process any applicable refund.
