I purchased their Diamond Plan, which guarantees a $2,000 payment if a checked bag is not returned within 96 hours. One of my bags was never returned. The airline (TAP) officially declared it permanently lost and compensated me. Even after that, Blue Ribbon Bags falsely claimed the bag had been “located” without providing any flight record, timestamp, delivery proof, or evidence. They refused to honor the guarantee. This is clear breach of contract and deceptive business conduct. I do not recommend this company.
