Their instructions to fill out the report were clear, we got a quick response in the creation and tracking of our case, and constant timely updates, even during the time the bag wasn’t found yet. I’ve had my luggage misplaced a couple of times and my Blue Ribbon has always located it, even BEFORE the airline could update us. One time we could retrieve the luggage straight from the airport and manage to make our cruise thanks to this service, the airline was still clueless. Peace of mind had never been so inexpensive. Great customer service. Actual results. 👏🏼 can’t recommend Blue Ribbon enough.

Having just 24 hours from the time your flight lands to file a claim is a scam.

We’re sorry this added to an already frustrating travel experience. The 24-hour filing period helps us intervene quickly, but we understand your frustration. Please contact us directly so we can discuss further.

Although I was unable to get my claim approved in the specified time, I did receive a thoughtful response from Blue Ribbon Bags explaining the situation. Moreover, I received my luggage and a refund directly from the airline within a few days of the incident.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how stressful and frustrating baggage delays can be, especially after a long flight. Blue Ribbon Bags is designed to provide rapid assistance once a claim is filed, and the 24-hour window is intended to allow us to start working immediately while information is still available. That said, we fully recognize that in real airport situations — waiting at carousels, speaking with airline baggage services, and managing delays — this can be challenging. Your feedback is important to us, and we are continuously reviewing our processes to make them clearer and more traveler-friendly. If you’re willing, we’d appreciate the opportunity to review your specific case and see if there’s anything we can do to assist or learn from it. Please feel free to contact our support team directly with your reference number so we can look into this further. Thank you again for sharing your experience — it helps us improve.
