Good process and excellent staff, from the sales rep to the installation crew. That crew was very effective, cleaned up after the work, and got everything working perfectly. Andy, the electrician was tremendous in the way he helped work out the locations and routing of all the connections. He was very nice and his expertise was appreciated.

Took them over 1yr 2mo to install the Solar Panels. Then an additional 6 months to get them operational. Said that during 1st Year I would get a Check for $188 a Month, which did not happen. Now they want me to start making payments

Hi Kirk, We acknowledge that your project took longer than we are accustomed to. However, as part of your project, you requested a battery to be installed. Due to the accessibility of batteries at the time, your project was delayed while we worked to get plans created for the battery installation, alongside permits and interconnection applications approved. Eventually, to move the project forward, we decided to pursue a battery installation at a later time. According to the documentation you signed, you chose the most financially beneficial option available. It should also be noted that you have been reimbursed for any financing payments you may have had to make while waiting for your solar system to be operational. We have also reached out to you directly through email to address your concerns. -Brenden B.

The technician came by during the window I expected and started surveying while waiting for the rest of the crew. They arrived shortly after and worked quickly and efficiently to finish installing the panels and wires in under 3 hours. The wires are nicely run through my walls and attic.

We recently had solar panels installed by Blue Raven Solar. I am happy with the quality of the panels and the interactive app that shows how much the panels are producing and how much I'm saving off my electric bill. I feel that I am getting good savings and it's December right now, so I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings! The staff at Blue Raven is exceptional. They are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a few things that didn't go as planned during installation and afterwards, but they took responsibility and made sure everything was taken care of, which is impressive. I definitely recommend Blue Raven for going solar!

Would highly recommend these guys! They explain every little thing and are very helpful in assisting with questions you might have, and if they can't answer the question they refer you to the person that can. They ran into a hiccup, and had to replan how they were to be put on , made sure it was OK with myself and then put them on like nothing

I would highly recommend this company! Our sales rep Joeland was amazing, patient and not pushy at all! The process was easy and the company does everything for you! We had our panels installed today and the crew was fantastic! They all were so friendly, always smiling, respectful, professional and worked so well/efficiently together! I literally cannot say enough great things! The warranty on our system put our minds at ease and we feel like we are in good hands! Thank you all so much!

Very happy with the performance of the panels and when a board failed the service team did a great job quickly and cleanly replacing it to get us back operational!
