Everyone I worked with from Blue Raven (the Sales Rep., Accounting, Scheduling, and Team who did the installation) have been very courteous, patient, and thorough in their explanations (of terms, scheduling, work being done). I would recommend this company based on my experience.

The entire team from sales rep to scheduling to installation are all on top of it! It was like they held our hand the entire way at every step and we weren’t left wondering what happens next. Can’t wait to turn the system on!

So far, it’s been a seamless experience. Great incentives and a very professional installation team. I love the app - so cool to see each panel. I can monitor production in real time. I have nothing negative to say but I’ll update this review as time goes by.

We looked at multiple companies but settled on Blue Raven. Our Case Manager, Caitlyn, answered all of our questions and stayed on top of the project from beginning to end. The Electrical crew that was sent to bring our electrical panel up to code was very professional and helpful. The permitting department took care of all our permitting needs. The installation crew was efficient and had the system installed and tested ahead of schedule. We are waiting for the final village approval and for ComEd to install the net metering device and then we will be up and running

Everything has gone like clockwork from sales all the way through to the installation. The installation crew was fast and efficient and were great about explaining everything to me. I really appreciate the good service and especially Blue Raven handling all of the scheduling, permits and inspections. It has been a very good experience.

Blue Ravens finance company GoodLeap is a huge scam and that makes Blue Raven just as guilty. I was assured by my Blue Raven contact that they would take care of my problem with GoodLeap. They did nothing and never responded further to me. Find another company to do business with!!! Save yourself a bunch of grief.

At first, I thought this company was amazing. My sales rep, Billy Holder, was fantastic. Once we started signing the papers, my experience went south. I had to call almost every week for an update. i was supposed to have tree trimming services added to my service. I have asked about it every time I call. I am not being told I signed a waiver that I would handle the service myself. This is not what I asked for. I was approved to have my panels turn on even though I'm still waiting on my meter from the city. Since my panels are turned on, it feels like their hands are wiped clean. Every time I call, I have received different response. One moment, they are going to fix it and the next, they can't. And my sales rep . . . voicemail is full and there is no word from him. This experience is so frustrating but what can I do now? I have a loan for these. I can't get rid of them. I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor. We will see how this goes. Update- My sales rep texted me that they will look into this and no one reached back out. Just called again today and spoke to a Samantha who said the contracts binging. You are basically on your own. I feel like i was pulled into a basic bait and switch and no one wants to take responsibility for this. I promise to never recommend your company.
