Everything they told us about the estimates and the cost checked out and now that the panels are installed they’ve been consistently producing above estimates.

The install process was easy and clean. They were in and out. The work was done was good quality and they did a good job of cleaning up before they left. Additionally, the rep has been with us every step of the way answering questions and sharing what is next.

With my previous solar installer, Zenernet, I had a nightmare experience. With Blue Raven, I had the opposite experience. Their sales team was very educated on their product and wasn't pushy. Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. Would definitely refer Blue raven to friends and family ~Martin Cole

Solar is great but use a different company. The sales team will lie and continue to lie just to get referrals from you. They talk about this great program then won’t pay you what he said they would.
Response from Blue Raven SolarAug 15, 2023
Hi Jerry, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with our referral program. We have provided feedback to sales management to make sure our representatives are correctly presenting our referral program. We apologize for how it may have been portrayed but we believe we have a great program in place due to having a lot of confidence in our product. Our referral plan includes a payout of $500 on the first, $1000 for the second, and $1,500 on the third and any other referrals after that. We take a lot of pride in our product and wanting you to feel confident in sharing about it. Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. -Brenden B.

We started this process March 2023 - August of 23 we finally got our solar panels installed. They neglected to notice that our electrical panel needed to be upgraded, which delayed the process. After installation we noticed garbage was left on the roof and around our property and the metal roof was dented where they walked. I have reported the issues - we will see how it gets rectified. We still are not active with our panels, now we wait for inspection. Hopefully before winter we will be up and running.

Hey Marlene, I apologize for the negative installation experience you have had. Feedback has been provided to the installation crew regarding the left debris to ensure this does not happen in the future. Nonetheless, I am happy to see that we were able to rectify the situation by scheduling a technician to go out to your home to get the remaining debris cleaned up in a timely manner. We are just working to get all the necessary loose ends taken care of before getting your inspection completed. If you have any other remaining questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]! -Brenden B.
