Between our salesperson Josh and the install team, we couldn't be more satisfied with our decision to go with Blue Raven. We customized the ideal panel plan, and the installation went without a hitch. The crew chief even made sure to run the conduit connections exactly how we wanted to conceal as much as possible. I would recommend Blue Raven to anyone looking to install solar panels on their home.

Overall an awesome experience from sale to commissioning. No pressure sales, honestly in the product and the install was good. Only negative with the while prices was the time to install which was delayed by the permitting which took 2 months but not alot they could do. The system is working great and already covering 100% of our use.

Blue Raven was great to work with every step of the way. The process was painless and required very little in our part. Each step of the way they have been there to answer our questions and make sure we understand what’s going on.

I guess I'll start from the beginning. I have had over the years at least, 50-100 people come to my door and offer solar. No joke, and so finally one day this young man comes to my home and begs for me to hear him out so I let him in my home and we have a chat. He represents Blue Raven. After about an hour of my time I say hey you know what let's just do the site survey amd find out the actual cost, what do I have to lose. He co convinced me. He gives me his information and a few days go by and the site surveyer comes out to look at my home and after another hour he leaves. Pretty easy ! This is where is starts to go down hill. I can't reach the guy who came out to my home, he completely ghosted me. I called Blue Raven to ask and even they were no help. So I basically just moved on. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Now if you are familiar with solar at all you will know that almost every company out there will offer to pay for your monthly solar payment for the first 18 month. About 2-3 weeks go by and I get a call from a rep from Blue Raven asking if I would like a free quote on solar lol I was blown away. I told him I had already gotten a survey and then was ghosted. He sent me to another rep and he apologized and offer a 5 k discount but without the 18 month payment coverage. My payment is roughly 150 a month, so after 18 months it would come to roughly $2700 dollars. So I really only ended up with a discount $2300, because as I said most companies offer the 18 month payment coverage. I agree to get solar installed by them. 45k later, it's installation day. The electrician they had on site was extremely rude and off putting but I figure hey, maybe he's having a bad day. I have young children and told them to please not leave a mess in my home because my daughter likes to put things in her mouth. They left a huge pile of insulation on the floor outside my attic and my daughter thought it was cotten candy and ate it, leaving me to having to take my daughter to agent care. She's fine if you were wondering. They also left garage all over my yard, and driveway, and bags of clips on the second story of my house as well which I can't get to. I am pretty well off and live in a tight nit neighborhood where a neighbors word is everything. I have had 6 people along with 2 relatives ready to do solar and awaiting my experience and I can say with confidence, I don't think I will be able to recommend them to anyone. We also are looking into a possible lawsuit due to there negligence.

Blue Raven Solar was everything I was expecting and more. I was in the loop from the time I met with my project manager. The texts and updates came frequently but not so much to be annoying. The installers, Angel Sanchez and Adrian Dar, were on time, they never once took a break and had everything completed at the time stated. Great job.

They updated my electrical box for the solar panel install. The electrician under size range breaker and was called out by inspector. They have sent an electrician out twice to replace this breaker, and both times, no work was completed. I also have a 240v air compressor circuit that has each leg wired to 2 completely separate breakers on different ends of the main panel as this is not a functioning 240v circuit and yet an electrician shows up and reports no work needed to be done. Everything about their response is wrong. For starters, after each electrician visit, there has never been an email stating why no work has been done and won't be able to provide proof of emails sent. 2nd, as an incompetent company, they refused to address the issue verbally they wired my 240v circuit for the air compressor wrong. Their electrician stated they can run new wire to our stove or replace or oven with a 30 amp stove. This is a company that can't honor what their employees are promising and need to get the hell out the way so honorable companies can do right by their customers paying $78k for a job. This place is clearly ran by someone with zero integrity as I have received responses that are flat out lies

Well, I had my project done in October 2023. The installers were great, everything was working great until March 2nd 2024. My system went down on the 2nd of March. Seems like Blue Ravens service department could care less. I called several times to get someone out to look at it. First I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days just to get on a list that would put me on a schedule. How ridiculous is that. They did have a person come out and change the circuit breaker to see if that was the issue, not the issue. So after all that they put me on the schedule for the 26th of March. So you can see how frustrating this is. I really think this is way to long for service. Just to clarify Blue Raven Solar is out of Salt Lake City, and I'm in Reno Nv. They could use several more technicians out this way.

We had never installed solar panels before, so we wanted to get bids from at least 3 companies (as well as an education along the way!). Since Blue Raven was so highly recommended by Forbes Magazine, we got a bid from them. We had friends highly recommend another company, so we also got a bid from them. That company ended up being a bit lower than Blue Raven, but Blue Raven was willing to match their bid, so we went with them, and we're sooooo glad we did! It turns out that solar panel installation must be coordinated with several different agencies, utilities, and municipalities, which would have been quite daunting. However, Blue Raven made the process seamless and painless. Their people were gracious, knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, and stayed on top of the process by following up with whichever agency was next in the process. In addition, they were always available to answer any of our questions along the way. Regarding the installation itself, their crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left absolutely nothing behind. I honestly can't think of one area where I would suggest improvements. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
