The pumps on the bottles fail, and one bottle broke at the top connection while I was cleaning, leaving a mess. No response from the company. I liked the products before, but if you can't support the non green failures, how can you say you are environmentally safe? Waste of money, in my view.

The products themselves: The bathroom and multi surface are good The glass cleaner leaves streaks The containers: Sprayer tops are garbage - stop working after a month and have to be replaced Bottles break easily - literally a "throw away" one from a supermarket product lasts longer.

I've used Blueland products for years and love them. I use the handsoaps, multi surface cleaner, glass cleaner, laundry, and dishwasher soap.

Dreadful. Bought two bottles and both pumps stopped working after a few days. I can see that countless of other customers have had the same experience.

I purchased a full starter kit and all of their soap products. The products themselves were O.K. but not great, but the main reason I was interested was because I don't want to buy multiple plastic bottles every time I want a cleaning product. Unfortunately their spray bottles are terrible. The sprayers don't work or break and so the whole point is lost (they use cheap plastic in the sprayer part!). Ugh, a huge waste of money and more landfill fodder. Very disappointed.

Their "forever" bottles are incredibly poorly made. We bought Blue Land products to reduce packaging and plastic use. However, the plastic spray bottles are so cheaply made that two of the three bottles have broke less than two years after purchasing. If you care about reducing packaging and plastic waste, stay away from Blue Land products. It's just another company pushing low-quality plastic products in the name of environmentalism. Shameful.

BEWARE: Ordered the Glass and Mirror cleaner and it leaves horrible streaks and residue. Measured exactly as recommended and it still is aweful. Contacted Customer Service twice and they refused to refund. Very disappointed!

I just ordered the hand soap and neither of the pumps produced foam after 3 or 4 times. I reached out to Customer Service and was told they are back ordered. I said send me 2 black ones, I just want to use my soap! They also asked me to send video. Ludicrous idea. Sends a message you don't trust me. Now on this review site, I see there are multiple problems with hand soap pumps. It's too bad because I believe in the concept. Then I was sent a tracking link which, when I opened, said the pumps were delivered to Florida - I live in Colorado. If I do not have the pumps by Jan 10, 2 months after my order, I am sending them back.
