I have purchased many of soap dispensers for myself as well as friends and family. The foaming pumps do not work properly. Both myself and friends have had the same problem, it does not produce foam properly and the spout does not always pop back up. I did contact your customer service and I received another pump but I am still having the problem with one of the two soap dispensers I use daily. I finally gave up and went back to a plastic refill soap bottle. I loved the idea the product but I just don't want to battle the product any more!

I'm giving this company a 4 star now however this may go up or down after I've actually tried the products. I bought this in order to receive diamonds on a game as I did with another company offering the same type of item. I was happy with the other company but the price was pretty high for someone living on disability. I was pleasantly surprised to see about half the price of what I paid for the other company and even more surprised to see what I just received in the mail!! I received 4 beautiful reusable bottles and 2 packets of their cleaners for each bottle..all for about $20!!!! I haven't tried them yet and honestly can't smell them through the packets but I was very happy with the package I just received!! The refills according to what I saw on the website go for approximately $8 for 3 items I believe. I canceled my membership because of fear of the monthly price but honestly if the product turns out to be effective and the shipping cost isn't too much I may certainly sign back up!! I'm all for helping save the planet but previously was concerned about the cost..but this company may be something I can afford. I hope the scents are great..it's weird but the older I get the more important the ability to smell something good seems to. I guess everything else is declining and something that smells good becomes one of the few senses I can rely on. It's a great feeling to clean your home and have it smell nice and crisp when your done. I'd love to be able to give this company a 5 star and continue to use their services in the future..so far so good!!

Love the handsoaps and are pleased with the household cleaners and the laundry detergent.

Tried these products and was sorely disappointed. when the handsoap pump failed, I sent an email to the company. I also included my opinion on the multi surface cleaner that I didn't feel was up to standards when trying to clean a dried up spill in the fridge it didn't work. (one swipe with a clorox wipe and it was gone). I was told I was wrong and that in a lab it works! it was clear that the person writing the response never read completely my ",complaint" denied my request for a ref und, but offered me a multi surface pod for my trouble. wanted a video of the pump not dispensing (ridiculous). not helpful at all. don't waste your money. when I read all the reviews about their pump fails it's clear they have a major issue.

I'm giving your company a 1 star. I ordered from you days ago and yet you charged me and have yet to ship my order. Why would you charge the customer and not ship the order? I will not be a continuing customer after this. You take too long to ship! Not happy 😒

I LOVE the hand soap tablets and think the scents smell wonderful. I do have issues with the pump from time to time as it seems to stick and require extra pressure when pressing down to release the foam. My sisters also have had issues with the pump. The household cleaning products work well but the plastic bottles have not held-up and I had to replace 2 of the 3 from the set with-in the first 6-months of purchasing the product. They break along the connecting seam and I hope this is a design defect they can fix.

This product was very disappointing to me. I bought the starter set for both the foaming hand soap and the 3 house cleaners. The plunger for the hand soap clogged within a few weeks. Blueland replaced it twice, and it broke again, both times. No one even tries to use it anymore. On top of that, each refill costs $3, with a slight break for buying in volume. But how do you buy in volume with a soap dispenser that never works? I'm assuming that the idea here is that $3 is comparable to the cost of a bar of soap, but why shouldn't consumers share a little in the cost savings from not shipping water across the country? As for the cleaners, the window cleaner leaves a film on windows, so we don't use that one. We use the other two quite a bit, but now one of those "forever" bottle squirt mechanisms is clogged too. Blueland's service has been perfectly fine, and I suppose if I keep going back them, they will keep fixing all the broken stuff . . . but I already have a job.

I love Blueland products. They work, they keep the waste to a minimum. They smell great. I do wish orders came with a little less cardboard. The boxes are great, but I hate to throw them in the recycling.
