Beware of these products if you live in a cooler climate or outside Australia (Blueland ships to NZ,UK,USA and Canada). THE HANDWASH DOES NOT WORK UNDER 15.5 DEGREES AND BLUELAND ADMITS THIS. The product separates and turns to gunk which blocks the pump and settles in the bottom of the bottle. Blueland would not commit to disclosing this information on their website which is very unethical. They say they do not process International returns, although they did when I complained enough. They did respond promptly to my concerns.

I love the actual product/cleaners but I hate the product containers, i.e., they are crap and will break on you too! I wish they just would use their great minds on the containers!

Great products but the sprayers are poorly designed and after about a week's usage will eventually start to stick and generally be unusable. I have written to Blueland 589 times about this - "Like the product, but the sprayer is crapola!" and they just give me lip service and continue to ship me defective sprayers which work great for about 10 pumps, then start to stick. How hard IS THIS anyway?

I like most of Bluelands products, but their service has become beyond awful. They sat on my last order for over 10 days before they bothered to ship it. They're still sitting on my current order almost a week after I placed it and have not shipped. Honestly, I have little incentive to stay with them. If you want your stuff in any sort of reasonable time shop elsewhere.

I love the products and the premise, but the sprayers on 2/3 of my bottles have broken after minimal use. 1/2 hand soap pumps do not work either. I love the bottles and pumps but don’t want to keep replacing them only have them break again and again. My old reliable disposable windex bottle has been kicking around for years and refilled with zero issues as have the soft soap bottles in my bathrooms. Would have expected more for the price point, and the eco branding

We stopped using this product. The pumps broke and certain of the cleaners do not work well. For example, the window cleaner is very streaky.

It’s hard to rate lower than 3 because I am consistently taken care of. However, I have consistent issues with the sprayers (SO damn cheap!) and the soap pumps. I truly love the products but am done after this past order because the sprayers and pumps are such a pain to keep in working order. Sad! Fabulous customer service, great products, amazing goal of limiting plastic/reusing products but the long-term functionality of the sprayers and pumps suck!!

I agree with some other reviewers. The product is good. I love the hand soap, dish powder, and dishwasher tablets. But the spray bottles that come with the Clean Essentials kit are such poor quality plastic. The sprayers on 2 of the bottles I received have never worked, and when I reached out to customer service, they asked me to send "a photo or video" of the issue. Really? The sprayers do not spray. Since this doesn't seem to be an isolated issue, I find that request to be rather absurd. I also don't need my broken sprayers replaced with 2 more sprayers that seem likely to break as well. I just replaced the broken sprayers with sprayers from other products that I had already used. But it's annoying to just throw these into the landfill. The hand soap bottles are heavy glass, and while the pump is plastic it has worked well on the two bottles that I have had for more than a year. The spray bottles are really just a disappointment.
