Ordering was so easy, shipping was fast even though I'm in a different country - it's a little bit pricey considering the exchange rate but I think it's still well worth it...

I purchased Blueland hand soap bottles and refill soap tablets in October last year (and have since purchased dishwasher tablets). The foam pumps seem to be cheaply made and pump action on all 3 bottles was questionable from the start but I wanted to be 'doing my bit' so I continued. recently one pump stopped working completely, I tried cleaning it up and I got it to work in a very half-hearted way, I get a bit of liquid but no real foam and it still doesn't depress properly. I reached out to the company and because i am past their 100-day limit I will need to purchase a new plastic pump for $4 plus postage. I'm disappointed in the quality of the pump and now I see that it is a problem for many and the company know it. Blueland- When you know better do better. Please rectify the poor pump design, it is not environmentally friendly to have to keep making more (recycling a product still takes resources) or to have to package and ship replacements all the time. I will be looking for replacements elsewhere on principle.

I bought three of the hand soap pumps for the sinks around our house. The first pump never worked right, but I put up with it until we had guests and I realized how bad it was when they struggled to wash their hands. I reached out to customer service and they were pretty rude, said they wouldn’t do anything, just that I could buy a new one since it was over a 100 day policy I had no idea about. The other two pumps work slightly better but still aren’t great. The soap itself smells good but doesn’t foam up very well so you’re not actually sure if your hands are clean. Other products I tried - dishwasher tablets are the best of everything so far, do the job with no issues. The dish washing powder is kind of weird, grainy and doesn’t foam well. It works fine but I end up using a lot more of it than regular liquid. The plastic part of the household cleaner sprays are also defective, 2 of the 3 I bought don’t spray well. The glass cleaner is really streaky. The kitchen cleaner works well, but the bathroom cleaner I’m a little dubious about - it smells like roses and I get the feeling I’m not disinfecting anything. Overall I’m really disappointed in this company, I was hoping for some greener alternatives for my household but feel like I got ripped off.

I’m very dissatisfied with their customer service. I purchased 7 soap dispensers with refills for myself and as Christmas gifts and recently purchased the body wash starter kit. 3 of the soap pumps have stopped working, since it is longer than 100 days, they will not replace them. They sell them for $2 each and $8 shipping. A soap dispenser Should last longer than a few months. Informed them I will Never buy another product from their company

The hand pumps are awful. After talking with customer service 3 times for my 4 pack of soap dispensers, I was told this was a known issue. However, on the third time for a broken pump in 4 months, I was told since they know they break down with use, they won't replace after 100 days and I must repurchase the pumps myself. Why would I repurchase when all four of my pumps have broken upon arrival to 4 months after purchase? EDIT: For anyone reading, their response to my review isn't right. I've already discussed this with their customer service and they do not stand behind their product. They just create more waste with cheap hand pumps.

I've received furniture from across the country faster than an envelop of laundry pods from Blueland. I wouldn't have even considered this brand had I know how terrible their shipping would be. After 7 days of waiting... I give up and heading to my local Target. I have a business trip to pack for and need clean clothes! It's pretty obvious all their positive reviews are paid for which you can clearly see in on this website's charts.

I wish Blueland could offer a hand soap pump that doesn’t fail. Sent one back and received a broken one in its place.

Blueland's customer service is garbage. Despite multiple (at least 3) orders to my new address, they sent my subscription to an old address that I haven't lived at in 8 months. The company then refused to refund or replace the order. I have spent several hundred dollars with this company, but they have lost my business. Please find your green cleaning supplies elsewhere.
