I really like the product I ordered (dishwasher tablets), but because they were packaged loosely in the box, one of the packaged ripped open and many of the tablets had been banged around a bit during shipping - this left many in a fine dust at the bottom of the box and several were broken. It they were packaged more tightly in the box, I think there would be less breakage. Not a huge deal, but there are definitely much fewer tablets that are usable, which is disappointing. The ones that are intact work great though!

Hi Amy, Thank you for sharing this experience! We are so sorry that your Dishwasher tablets were packaged undesirably and therefore causing some damage. We'd be more than happy to replace the damaged refill pack, if you'd like to reach out to us at [email protected] we'll get that going for you right away! Additionally, we will share this feedback with our team at the warehouse for review. We look forward to hearing back from you! Best, The Blueland Team

Love this product and mission! The cleaners smell awesome, not chemical-y at all but they clean better than bleach! (You just need to let it soak for a couple minutes, then boom, crud dissolves and the counter/sink/tub/floor is clean). They don't leave my hands or my counters smelling like chemicals. The hand soaps smell great and foam up well and are so easy and environmentally friendly to refill. They look stylish and sleek. I also think they clean my hands well because I don't get sick frequently anymore, and it's the only soap I've used that doesn't leave my hands dry and painful after several washes. Really great for sensitive skin.
