Stayed here 2 years ago and loved this as a vacation spot came back last week and never had a such a terrible vacation ac went out twice our keypad for our room had been broken so there was no getting in and had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance not to mention the fact they like to close the pool every 30 minutes because of “rain” and every time they had closed it it stayed perfectly sunny and not a rain cloud in sight save your money and go somewhere else anywhere but a blue green vacation spot.

Beware of these Bluegreen vacation…
Beware of these Bluegreen vacation timeshare salesmen who approach you offering cheap vacation packages which are theft because they are thieves. They just want to sell you expensive time shares. I don't know how the resort allows these crooks to be there offering such garbage. People are just looking to rest and not be ripped off by this thieving company Bluegreen Vacation.

I don't care what they say on the phone...don't trust them! They lie and scheme to get your money. The promises are empty; there is always a catch. They will always put you in terrible rooms; it's the game they play. Then they show you super nice hotels on the tour. They make you think you need the product and give you one price but don't explain the interest rates and maintenance fees. I'm so done with them; I hope they go out of business soon with their shady business practices. Just giving a warning.

These people are HORRIBLE
These people are HORRIBLE! I purchased my vacation pack and tour almost 2 years ago for $250. I was engaged at the time and thought it would be a nice get away and something we may be really interested in once we were married. I gave this information freely to the customer service rep that I spoke to. Long story short, marriage was annulled shortly after the wedding day, the vacation got postponed several times due to my life/work schedule. I asked if I could just get my $ back. That’s a NO. I finally decided I would take 2 of my adult children with me and go. I called to make the reservation. I was completely humiliated by their questions, was I married, did I have proof? What was income now that I was single? I answered all of their questions which I qualified for originally on my own without my finance. When the confirmation call came, I was asked again, “I see you aren’t married now, do you have a copy of your divorce papers? Do you have a credit card in your name? Do you make enough money on your own?” I understand those questions are to qualify you for being eligible to make a purchase of their timeshare. But to word it in such a humiliating way. Then, to top it all off, I arrive with two adult children 40 and 38 years old. There’s only one bed. My reservation was confirmed two weeks before (and those same questions asked again) the week before, the day before and the day of arrival. And yet they didn’t have accommodations for us.
These are horrible people and I will NEVER entertain a purchase from them again. And by the way, I told them so on the phone and mysteriously when I got to the presentation I was told I didn’t need to attend. Though I was NOT even remotely interested in buying anything at this point, they knew this and couldn’t even meet with me to tell me after I went to an 8:45 am meeting. They could’ve just told me that on the phone and saved me the time and effort.

They pressured me into a vacation deal…
They pressured me into a vacation deal that I really didnt want and didnt let me talk it over with my husband first. When I (finally) got off the phone, my wallet almost 200 dollars lighter, my husband unsurprisingly was against it. I tried to call them back and OF COURSE there's no real way to get back in contact with them until Monday. Aaarrrgh I should have just hung up!

Stay Away - Far Away!!!
Do yourself a HUGE favor, and stay far, far away from these lying, no good, money hungry, conniving, con artists! Don't even waste your time by going to ANY of their "previews!" They will talk a lot of hype, but cannot deliver on anything. You'd be far better off by saving for a vacation than to fall for their bogus hype. In fact, Don't waste your time messing with the Marriott Vacation Group either. They are ALL nothing but a bunch of scam artists doing all they can to steal your hard earned money!

Save your money. Too many rules
I purchased 3 nights, $250, a great deal but the pandemic hit and delayed. I planned to book and perfect timing my wife and stepson became Canadians and they needed a passport. I called to move the week ahead and they wanted to charge me $50. Delays happened and I called again and said I wouldn't be able to make the dates. They wanted $125 to cancel, they didn't care about my situation. Almost 4 years after I purchased it is now cost me $400 and they are only going to give me $250 in credit cards. Imagen how they treat their members. Rental discount added fees and penalties. Cheaper on booking.com. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BLUEGREEN VACATIONS
