Wrote them multiple emails and got the same response that they’re waiting for the vendor to process the refund...for THREE weeks going on fourth. Like seriously I’ve NEVER been through a return process that took so long. Calling those bozos was no help as they kept saying the same sh!t. I’ve had it with them so I’m sending them cursed emails daily until I get my refunds. Be warn, shop else where!

Horrible! Customer Service promised a credit and didn't issue one. Aftet several emails back and forth, and 40 minutes on the 3rd phone call, they admitted their mistake but refused to issue the credit. They cheated me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Why, oh why, didn't I read the reviews for Bluefly before I got on there?? They don't mind pulling a bait and switch and using false advertising. After I placed the order, they then tell me they don't have the main item I was looking for, but will ship the other part of the order, BUT they had already run my card for the FULL order and they'll be reimbursing me. I know damn well they didn't have the main item I was looking for but used it to pull me in. It will be a MIRACLE if I ever see a refund, but I am going to make their lives hell until I get it. Do not even bother with this website; I'm sorry I did!

Bluefly is a TOTAL SCAM...Their returns are a JOKE. I am still waiting for $1,300 in refunds and I can not get anybody on the phone who is willing to discuss or solve my problem. The problem stems from Bluefly's inability to manage their vendors who handle shipping and returns on their behalf. I have been promised a full refund on my items, but weeks later, I am still waiting. Nobody replies to an email with a solution. USELESS NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I take a different view of Bluefly in that whilst I'm a new customer to them, I found their customer service very good. I bought a business suit (Zanetti) from them which was shipped to me in Australia, I emailed them a few times about product details, lengths etc and they ALWAYS responded promptly. My suit arrived via air freight a couple of days ago as promised, new with tags and the fit is great. The only thing I have to do is get my tailor to hem the trousers as they were sold to me unhemmed which I was aware of before I bought it. All in all I'm very happy with the suit and their service and I'll likely buy again from them in future. EJD Melbourne Australia

ordered a lower case diamond initial j necklace. I was unable to track my item using the bluefly website. They finally sent me a tracking number days after contacting them, which was pointless because it arrived the day they sent the tracking number. When I opened the package I discovered that they sent a completely different J initial necklace. The item I ordered was originally $440, but on sale for $350. They charged me the $440 price. Really disappointed with this site, I definitely wont be shopping here again!

Do NOT NOT NOT order anything from bluefly.com. I know the deals may look amazing, but you may not actually receive the product you order. I ordered a jewelry set, but received earrings and a gold chain as a "replacement" for the jewelry set I originally ordered. I called customer service and they told me (after waiting for 20 minutes to speak with a "supervisor") the vendor could not mail me the jewelry set I ordered, and sent the other "set" as a replacement. Instead of immediately refunding me my money thy asked me to send pictures of the "replaced" item so they could expedite the return. 14 days later and no response. I had to phone them back to get a label sent to me. NEVER NEVER again!! The customer service representatives were rude, dismissive and do not apologize for the inconvenience. It was as if I was bothering them with this problem.
