Sounds like it’s time for a class action lawsuit. I also got an error message when I tried to ask for a return.Also, No receipts. Shoes thrown haphazardly into the box. No customer service on weekends, eating into my 14 day return time. When I tried to request the return slip again, I was told it already gave it to me. Not allowing returns is fraud and I’m an attorney— look out BlueFly. If I can’t return my stuff, I’ll find all of the disgruntled customers and make you pay us all at once.

I AM SO ANGRY! I PURCHASED A JOIE DRESS IN A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE ONE I ALREADY HAVE, AND IT'S TOTALLY NOT AUTHENIC ! IT'S MADE OF DIFFERENT FABRIC (RAYON) AND DOESN'T FIT! THE SIZE IS TOTALLY SMALLER THAN IT SHOULD BE. THEY BETTER LET ME RETURN IT OR THERE WILL BE ISSUES!

terrible service, and do not deliver what is promised. 5 times I purchased items and 5 times got an email after 48hours that those items are out of stock. and next day they were back for sale at a much higher price. Crooks!!!!!

I bought 3 items from Bluefly... The items are not as they appear online and the sales are Final... Stay away from this company...Clothes seem like a very good deal... The clothes are not nice...

Bought Saint Laurent bag from bluefly. When it arrived, the bag came with box, dust bag. The bag is new and authentic. The biggest problem was it didn't came with an authenticity card. Contacted customer service, they said since they got the bag from another company (rue lala), there's no way for them to get the card. That lowers the value of the bag. I didn't return the bag since it's authentic and bought it for a really good price.

The worst experience ever! I wish I have read the revies before I bought the goods, just the idea of checking out every online retailer I wanted to use never occurred to me till now. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY from BLUEFLY, please! you will save both your money and your time. To return the goods is virtually impossible. The process of returning, which is so courteously explained online, doesn’t work. You get the error message right from the start. The customer service phone number is a hoax. Answering machine tells you BS about «unusual customer calls volume” whatever option you choose and if you are stubborn enough to wait for 20+ minutes it simply offers you to leave a message. No way to get back to these people with your returns and exchanges. It is a TOTAL FRAUD!

Like most of the previous reviews state, I wish I had read these reviews first. I placed my order a week ago and immediately received a notification that my card was charged. And then nothing for a week. I called and was told there was a system error when my order was placed and that I had received an email letting me know. I assured them that the only email I had received was the one saying my credit card was charged but she insisted that I had been sent one saying the order was cancelled. And, tada, now they are out of stock. NEVER AGAIN.
