been trying to book the appointment since september 2022 .. i have applied spanish visa in september 2022 and called the bls spain for the appointment they said check online and all slots were fully booked waited for month end and just start of next month when i just logged in to book the appointment and its all fully booked again all the agents who have inter connections with these bls spain guys know already everything about slots and most of the time even if you have successfully booked it but in the last page the server will reset some how and you will lose everything again this is happening since months i have to cancel my all plans in Spain due to not able to book the appointment some one above them must take some action for them to atleat open the slots for 3 months in advance they forced me to pay £900 for the home appointment as this was the only option left but i refused as i will take this matter further , they are there to serve and make the life easy for the applicants who want to visit spain but alas..! they made it worse

I have to agree with the reviews by other people with regards to this company. They never have bookings available for the public. Are Travel agencies making block bookings for months in advance, leaving the public no choice but to go through the "apply at home" option? You are literally forced to use the at home option, which charge extortionate prices! These companies ie Partner and Express can hardly communicate with the public and have unreliable biometrics technical issues. All I want is a time slot to book for an appointment. I'm not asking for much! I'll be taking this further on all social media platforms.

First of all to outsource Visa and Passport service is ridiculous idea because Govt is handing over privat & sensitive data of Indian and foreign citizen to 3 rd party , Now BLS in Canada Im trying to book an appointment for OCI and 2 months are full, They do not allow walk- in On web page they pretend to suggest that you can check available appointment evey so often But slots are not available at all I am very frustrated govt of India’s corruption has reach to first world too When i called to call center they suggest to pick up and drop off in this case they don't varify any of document someone will come to pick up and drop off for this option fee is $75 which not posted upfront on web site the scan part of they pretend to fill up all information then price page appears which show shows are price pf drop off and pick up is $75 Not even applying to Canadian passport is this difficult Bottomline is GOVT And BLS both are scamming Indian people and those who are apply for Indian visa BLS has lot of 1 star review on google , Its not a coincidence that BLS STAFF reply to only positive reviews but not worst review GOVT sponsored monopoly business , no one can hurt them I request all people who post the review must write to Minister s[dot]jaishankar[at]sansad[dot]nic[dot]in

This is a proper SCAM, all appointments full but you chose premium all appointments becomes available dozens of them yet free services aren't available at all.. leaving customers no choice than to pay for premium.

So if you have more than one application you need to create more than one account on BLS because system won’t let you book more than one person appointment!!!! manchester office is more like a warehouse charged extrs for premium service but no premium lounge 🫤

Impossible to book an appointment online. I've been trying since the last 2 months to no avail

Zeshan at BLS was kind (went out of his way to get things done). And very professional and prompt. It was a pleasure dealing with him. My overall experience with BLS I rate highly just because of him. On the other hand, other staff I dealt with before I think, things got escalated to Zeshan were either poorly trained/paid or just not interested in their jobs. The BLS 033 phone number is either never answered. Or, picked by people with poor understanding of the subject matter.

I'd like the thank to the BLS employees despite all the issues they face! Like many others we struggled to get an appointment for my partner in 2022 spring for us to attend Barcelona Rock Fest in June. For many months we tried every possible way to get a Schengen for him through Spain and other EU countries, but the only appointment we could get was only 2 weeks before our trip. He was told during the appointment that the visa wouldn't be ready in time due to backlog. We couldn't postpone our trip as the legendary bands playing at Bcn Rock Fest was the whole reason we were going and we had already paid for it. About 4 days before the festival, seeing no progress in the app status, my partner went to BLS and asked for help. After hearing our story a lady e-mailed consulate to explain and expedite, while telling him that it's very unlikely that it'll make any difference but that's the only thing she could do. Giving up hope we cancelled our flights and hotel, however, 2 days before our trip the visa progressed through all stages lightning fast, and we received his passport the day before the festival! Incredibly thankful to the BLS and consulate staff who heard our story and took initiative to help us in any way they could! We had the time of our lives at the festival and will forever be grateful for the help we received from BLS!
