Called BLS London to see if I can do walk in appointment as I keep checking the website every day and nothing gets available. Not very helpful as they do not accept walk-ins. On the 24th Jan, they have uploaded the slots for February but it’s all booked within 24 hours? Agent said there are many trying to apply and have 200 slots a day so it means 4000 applicants have booked their appointments within 24hrs?? I checked availability on the 23 Jan and the February dates were still closed. I have emailed the Spain Embassy to investigate this company as they are also trying to rip people off. I was quoted £495 for mobile/home service in Wiltshire.

good morning the blsinternationnal Morocco website contains a lot of otp code on email and on the phone and the biggest problem is that the code sent to the phone no longer arrives on the other hand a lot of error codes on the said website

Impossible to book appointment through BLS website. This is pure rubbish.

This company is greedy to make money, is not opening booking system, no walkin available and make customer helpless to purchase costly pick up and drop off courier service ( we were asked to pay on BLS website to opt this option. courier company is not responsible for this charges) Trying to submitt my OCI application on Jan 21, 2023.

It was a great experience at BLS, this is my second time getting their service and I'm happy 😊 last time MR MAX help me a lot, and yesterday MR Pav take my photos and fingerprint he's amazing.

With the time spent on login to the system and matching stupid pandas and weird animals in every unrelated steps, you can apply for a visa for other eu countries and visit whole Europe. I lost all my motivation to go to the Spain.

I went to renew my passport after waiting for 10 days to get an appointment. I had to wait more than 2 hours to submit the application. Their service is pathetic with zero customer care. It is high time to appoint a good company for passport renewal. Indian citizen are suffering with this company.

Just imagine you have to log into their website multiple times a day for a month or two, enter the personal details, and pass through dozens of lady bugs and pandas sitting in the living room to be able to go and find a fully booked appointment chart each time. Horrible service
