This company is absolutely useless and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. We have been trying to get a Schengen visa for a cruise for the last two days. DO NOT USE. If I was you I would try to get visa using VFS.

Tried to login multiple times, but failed to do so. Such a rubbish website. Couldn’t even login to apply for an appointment.

An Absolute joke of a company. Fully stressed out waiting.g on an appointment to appear. We lost the price of flights and accommodation because of the rubbish system they have in place that obviously doesnt work at . If the dont want people to visit Spain just say it . Dont wast p people s time and money .My advice is go to another country , forget about Spain.

Worst website in the world. It should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. So many captcha verifications. First, you don't get an appointment but in case you get then there is a long process to fill in information and if there is any mistake then you start from zero with looking for an appointment.

Very unprofessional and terrible website, service and experience as a whole. The experience was very bad and I couldn't get the desired appointment! Redirected me to their moroccan website, and since I got there I noticed that the website could not be any worse! - Very unintuitive and overcharged design. - No indication whatsover as to whether the appointments ran out or about their state, date, etc... - The announcements on the home page can barely be seen with a black font over a dark background. - The appointments are never released in time. - Too much false positives of using a bot when refreshing the page to look for new appointments. - Too many unnecessary verifications and steps. This morning I logged into the app to look for an appointment and the website went down for 5h30, when it went back online, kept retrying for 2 hours with no success. I assumed the appointments were already gone (even though the website was down)! I have been trying for a few weeks now with no success! To sum up, The website is very unprofessional and does not care about the user at all! The biggest problem is that it holds the monopoly over all the Spain Visa appointments!

Bls visa Centre is the worse visa Centre , ignorance their mistake when they lose you documents , charges over price for premium service but not premium!! Call center very bad customer service deny to sort out problem or give any information Only keep repeat same word over and over again , I wish there are some more visa Centre which do spain visa, Not pay for premium service at BLS Centre because they are totally scram
