After attempting to book a visa 27 times, i was unable to get a single one of the countless appointments on the page, it gave error messages of the slot being invalid or the captcha/email being unverified. I called this morning to ask what i was doing wrong and got no answer from the helpline. He told me to go watch the 12 minute video on the page and just figure it out. We used different browsers to see if it made any difference and it didn't and now there are no appointments available and i wont be able to make the trip that was mostly already paid for, (as you have to book hotel and have proof that you're staying for tourism.) The only option to get a guaranteed visa is to pay 500 pounds to get them to come to your house and do your biometrics. The overall UI of the website is not user friendly and the password input system is tedious. BLS does not care about their customers and doesn't seem to want anyone to actually apply or get a visa. I am verry disappointed by this experience after desperately trying to get a visa for the past 2 months.

You can only get an appointment via a yahoo.co.uk agent for £65!!! How can any government allow this!!

Instead, they attempted to push customers towards booking premium appointments, which come with an inflated price tag. This blatant attempt to exploit customers' urgency for appointments by upselling them on premium services is unacceptable. Moreover, the ordeal didn't end there. Upon trying to secure a walking appointment, I was shocked to discover that BLS International Services Ltd deceptively treated it as a standard appointment while charging the exorbitant fee associated with premium services. This duplicitous practice of categorizing walking appointments as standard while unjustly charging customers for premium services is a rip-off. In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering utilizing the services of BLS International Services Ltd to exercise caution. Their deceitful tactics and unfair pricing policies demonstrate a lack of integrity and respect for their customers. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a company that values transparency and treats its customers honestly and fairly.

The worst website experience ever. I am trying to get a "PREMIUM" appointment but still, they have such a terrible system that always gives you an error and doesn't allow you to continue your application process later. You need to start the process from the beginning and you have to enter all the information again and again. Oh wait, you have to wait to make a new application. Such a brilliant security precaution.

UK Manchester BLS. This is a scam. They need to be investigated. There is never a standard appointment available. Always premium. I dont think this is right. Why are people ripped off this way. No customer protection. Please audit BLS appointments and will realise that people are forced to choose from no option available ( premium) which is not in anyway different to any service they claim to provide. Also they take some of our documents out and to enable a denial of visa. They obviously benefit because they want us to reapply for their own benefit

The worst service in Morocco, no slots available. And when available, the website blocks and gave brokers the priority.

I have been trying to book a visa appointment from Algeria for weeks, there are never any slots and even doorstep service is never available... however the black market sells you appointments for a fortune... this is super suspicious ; you need to step up your game.

I saw the reviews and I still gave this office the benefit of the doubt (I thought; it really can't be that bad). But I actually had a terrible experience. 1. When you walk inside the office you don't know what's happening, there's no check-in sheet or a number you take to put you in queue. The staff looks and sees if there are new faces and they ask you if you have an appointment, and they start looking for your name in their papers (good luck if you have an uncommon name) 2. The staff is very unprofessional (I hate to say that because I saw them trying) but they seriously need some training on every aspect that involves visas 3. I came in following all and I mean ALL the points listed on their website and I had all the required documents readyyyy and they kept saying (oh the website needs to be updated, we're working with the IT team to get the requirements updated) it is not my problem that you're not doing your job right - you should have accepted all the documents I provided. But no, they didn't. Example: their website recommends to NOT book a flight until approved, and when I was there they told me that I'd need to buy the flight on the spot :) I honestly changed my mind about visiting Spain mainly because of this experience and the documents required to apply for their visa are just RIDICULOUS. Find a better European country
