If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order for 2 pillowcases which were to be Xmas gifts on the 27th November. They charged my card immediately and over a month later I have still to receive my order. They kept sending me a DHL link stating that my order was en route and now the link says package is untraceable. Customer Service are totally unresponsive, no help at all and money gone! I wish I’d looked at all the complaints on their social media before I ordered, which by the way, they delete any negative messages or any complaints very quickly so no way to reach them!!!

SCAM /// go the site, and try and get the price you'll pay..(THEY WONT GIVE IT TO YOU UNTIL you click "PROCEED", then get your CC IMMEDIATELY charged $178.88 without your authorization..you don't need to checkout, just click Proceed", they will check you out and bill your CC $179.88 and tell you its for 4 pillowcases..

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Perhaps their pillowcases are lovely - I will never know - but their customer service is AWFUL. I made several mistakes when ordering (bad address for gift order, wrong number of cases), they even upsold me 4 more pillowcases, but I could not cancel the order even if I immediately knew that the address was wrong and the number of pillowcases was wrong. And they DID NOT CARE. I have never experienced a company where I could not cancel my order right away. I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone. No one answered my email for days. And when they did answer my email, it was very curt. "We are very busy" was their response when I pleaded with them to return my calls and emails that I sent IMMEDIATELY after pressing send. No one could cancel or CARE about my order as long as they collected their money. I am so disappointed and, frankly, saddened by their responses especially during the holiday giving season. I would NEVER buy from them again. I will never know if they are good pilllowcases or not. I spent a lot of money for pillowcases that I will never put my head on. There has to be a way to modify an order or speak to someone within the first 2 hours of an order. Their product is too expensive to have such a poor experience. They sell "luxury" but they treated me like a 1-star hotel.

The order was automatically placed without a chance of reviewing the cart. It was made on the 3rd of Dec, and on the 4th I tried to cancel the order and they told me it was being processed and ready for shipment, I couldn't cancel but I could return it. They wasted no time charging my c.c. of $288.00, I told them I didn't want the hassle of returning the items and was told I could return any unused items. Well, I got them soon after. and I returned it at my expense of 18,95. They do not provide return labels, Maybe they have a good product, I'll never know since I sent it back, but their customer service is the worst I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Thank goodness I got a tracker with the return. I did put in a dispute with the c.c. co. just to be on the safe side. Six days passed and they still didn't contact me to say they received my pkg. even though the tracker clearly said they did. Had I not put the tracker on I doubt I would have ever gotten credit. They moved pretty swiftly once I informed them the c.c. would be in touch with them. Please do not give these people business. Worst customer service, and they don't return your calls. All my correspondence was through emails.

Terrible terrible customer service experience. They made me pay out of pocket to return their already overpriced product and never credited me back. Good luck hearing from them, I had to have my credit card step in to ensure I was not charged

I ordered from Blissy on 15 Dec, got confirmation of the order then a second notification of the prep for shipment then nothing. On Dec 27th and 28th I tried calling to get a status because the web site still had prep for shipping not shipped in 13 days. On the 28th the order was in the mailbox. Yes, status updates via email or the web are nonexistent. Yes, customer service never answered the phone. But in 2021 I ordered late; I knew the risks in that. However, for a $183.00 dollar order they could do better in keeping me informed. Have your expectations set now; Blissy simply sucks at status communications. This is likely why so many say customer service is poor, they just don't know. But product did arrive in a reasonable amount of time and is of high quality.

If I could give no stars I would. Not transparent about whether you are buying from a local or overseas-based site, no sign of items purchased for Xmas presents after a month, no replies to emails, the one reply I did have doesn't even address the content of my email. Would never shop Blissy again - still not entirely convinced they are a legitimate storefront!

Terrible company. Do not buy from here. You will be massively let down before the products even arrive. Made a big thing about guaranteed Christmas delivery during Black Friday and sat here 6pm Christmas Eve without my parcel. Tracking says it’s not even with the courier company. It took them just under three weeks to get any kind of update on the system. Like people have said in other reviews - customer service don’t care and just paste a similar response to all emails (when they do respond) and give you the tracking code which we already have. Avoid this company. Better alternatives out there!
