Blissy Pillowcase Operation is a SCAM!! I placed an order for what I believed to be "one" pillowcase without the opportunity to review and confirm my order. A little later I received an order confirmation for 4 pillowcases and a charge of $179.88 to my credit card. I called the supposed "customer support" phone no. twice. A prompt was the only contact with a request to leave a message which I did and no customer support employee returned my call. I replied to one of Blissy's emails in an effort to correct my order only to receive an email stating no adjustment could be made as my order was currently in the shipment process with a tracking number. However, Fed Ex had no record of any tracking #. If I should receive the order I intend to return it and have initiated a dispute with my credit card company. A complaint to the Better Business Bureau is my next step. Do not get caught in this SCAM!!

Do not buy from this company. They do not do what they say they will do on their web site. Do not be fooled. They will take your money immediately and despite what they claim, they will not ship straightway on receipt of order. But they WILL take the money from your account immediately. You will not get your money back, despite having no hope of receiving the item you order in the time you calculated it arriving. I ordered from them believing they were a UK business. They are not, they are in California, but the web site implies they are in UK. A badly run and badly organized company. Their customer service is awful. Generic emails. I wasted my money and time on them. Don't be conned. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered scrunchies for my daughters for Christmas on 26th November (would not have ordered if I had known they were in America). Tracking was slow to update but there was eventually some movement and the package appeared to have arrived in the UK on 9th December. Nothing has happened since then. The initial couple of emails I sent were responded to quite quickly saying it was on its way. My latest email requesting a refund has not been responded to. I actually don't think it's a scam, just an incredibly badly run organisation with shocking customer service. Any other company would have had a replacement order sent ASAP, or at the very least a refund. Update: after escalating through PayPal Blissy told me my order was lost in transit, and I received a refund today.

Posted to completely the wrong address, still haven't sorted it out. Been in touch with delivery company dhl/yodel they wouldn't talk to us as it had the wrong address!! Useless.

Horrendous customer service no communication between supervisors and customer service representatives would never recommend and would never order from again they’re plenty of other products on the market that have superb customer service

Terrible customer service. They have a thing on their chat box that shows you once they have seen your message. They have "seen" my request to return multiple times and have still not acknowledged it. Not to mention the quality of the product is poor. I sweat more with this than a regular pillow case. One of the reasons I bought it was because it was supposed to help night sweats. Should have known better.

I ordered two Silver Dream Sets end November 2021. Received order confirmation and then tracking details which simply said items had been despatched and were "en route". Checked later in December - same message. Decided to chase order by email only to receive a reply saying the sets I had ordered (and which had apparently already been despatched) were out of stock and would Taupe be OK. Got no satisfaction with Customer Service when I raised the point asking how something that had been despatched already could be out of stock. Eventually agreed to take Taupe. On 28/12 I returned home from holiday to find the parcel on my doorstep. I opened it up to find it was two sets in Tie Dye (Pink and Blue I think?). As neither of the people these were purchased for are pink and blue people I emailed regarding return. Received an email saying I had been told about a change of colour which I had - from Silver to Taupe. I had never received any communication about another change to Tie Dye. Like many people on here I was banging my head against a brick wall with the contradiction in terms that was "Customer Service". Eventually I used LinkedIn to look at people who worked there and made some educated guesses at email addresses and copied all of them in, as well as the Support email address. Bingo! The refund of £184 was back on my credit card two days later. It has cost me £35 to send back to the US International Signed for Tracked with Royal Mail but it is worth it just to get the things back and forget the whole sorry episode. My advice is to just keep trying. I also did a bit of googling and discovered that you can raise a complaint with the Attorney General of California's office and mentioned this in my email. This may also have helped. It's wrong that it took this much work to get a refund on goods which did not fulfil the contract I had made with Blissy. Good luck!

This is a scam! Their 55% off buy 3 get one free is a con. If you add up the 44. 97 x 4 you get 179.88 which they state is a buy 3 get one free. Nonsense! An American made product should be back by trustworthy, transparent and honest practices. I bought 2 other sets as gifts because I won't support fraudulent & misleading advertising, esp. from an American company!
