Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Do not buy from them. They take the money write away and no confirmation of purchase is provided, and they don't return emails and phone messages. If they do return an email, it's useless. Careful, when purchasing online, after taking your credit line or Paypal, there is no window to confirm purchase and they don't send an email to confirm. Because I didn't know if my purchases were going through, I kept ordering. When I saw the purchases on my credit cards, I tried to cancel by e-mail numerous times, left at least 10 phone messages and other times, I got hung up on after waiting for 20 min on the phone. Last week I finally got an e-mail that my order was going through (I paid for it 2 months ago). I again e-mailed them to cancel .... They said it was too late and that I had to wait to receive the items. Now they will not pay for shipping. It will be expensive because I ended up buying for more than for $600.00 (cdn). I did receive one package before Christmas and told them again to cancel others. They did not.

As others have said, they give the appearance of being a UK site as a google search returns 'Blissy™ UK Official Site - Blissy™ UK Official' - all prices show in sterling, very deceiving. Ordered on 26th November, it is now 6th January and it has not tracked since leaving the US on 11th December. I am assuming Tom Hanks is looking after it for me and it will be delivered in 4 years time. I would recommend telling their customer service that you plan to initiate a chargeback through your card provider if they don't provide a refund, worked for me.

Don’t let the website fool you. The company is actually based in the US so items will take weeks to arrive. You can’t cancel orders from your end and their customer service is non existent - I have already sent five emails into the void.

The pillowcase I ordered took almost 2 months to the day to arrive. After 6 weeks had passed (allowing for Christmas and covid delays) I got in touch to see if they could track my order, as I had received an order confirmation but no shipping confirmation. They told me they needed me to confirm my address with them before they could dispatch it. So, to be clear, 6 WEEKS after they charged my card and sent an order confirmation, NOTHING had happened on their end. Would they have ever sent it if I hadn't gotten in touch? Who knows. All in, it took 2 months for the pillowcase to arrive and clearly, from the other reviews this is not a one-off. Avoid.

FIRSTLY, after I placed my order I did not receive any confirmation. Even though they took my money quick enough. I then chased them up to confirm my order. 6 weeks have now passed and I have NOT received my items and they do NOT answer their emails or Facebook messages. Avoid Blissy and use another company that have a much better customer service! There's many out there to choose from!

When I ordered from this website, it was made to look like it was a UK based business. My first mistake was not checking Trustpilot. The product took about 3 weeks to arrive which was okay as it made it in time for Christmas. BUT what is not made clear on the website, is that the STANDARD pillowcase is NOT a UK STANDARD size. So the pillowcase is too small for UK pillows. So annoying and I feel so stupid and ripped off. It cost too much to return to the USA. So I ended up buying an American pillow from Amazon. What a costly present. And the pillowcase is totally overpriced. I wish I had bought one from elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered an item on 26th November for my daughters Christmas present. It has still not arrived (31st December) and the tracking has not updated since 19th December when all it says is that it is now in the UK. As I had to spend money on an alternative present for her so she had something to open I’ve now asked for a refund but customer service are refusing as they say the item is in transit. Despite me repeatedly asking, they cannot tell me where it is.

Customer service is awful. I was meant to get this pillowcase before Christmas as a gift but it still hasn't arrived. They use DHL, who use Yodal, to deliver and the tracking says delivered but it wasn't, it was rejected by someone at the house by mistake. Trying to get the Blissy customer service to help is ridiculous, they are doing nothing. Now I'm out of pocket.
